"We were greeted by a charming guy called Alex. He was so friendly and welcoming. He did his very best to give us a room with a sea view, even though we’d not originally requested one. Rooms are comfortable, bed was comfy and we slept well. The hotel is near all amenities and wonderful walks around Mumbles and the pier. We’ll definitely stay here again. "

"When i booked this property, i was not aware that the apartment was immediately above a bar with loud music which permeated the flat at lunchtime and in the evening. The only access to the flat was via 15 metal stairs (similar to a fire escape) - not good for older visitors or those with mobility issues. Had i been aware of either of these facts, i would not have booked the property. I had to phone the owners twice to get the keycode. They seemed reluctant to gove it before checking in time but i did not want to drive to Wales without knowing if i could access the property. "
