Staff members were helpful, held our bags when we arrived early and the next day when we checked out early for a tour. They called a cab for us to take to the airport and then a staff member escorted us to the cab. Big breakfast with a lot to choose from. The room itself could have been a little cleaner (carpet) but was ok. Free Starbucks in lobby

We picked this hotel for its easy access to Namba station, as a bonus we got a beautiful walkway to Namba station, and great local restaurants. The rooms were clean and well designed. A perk was having the common space to hang out with family and enjoy complimentary drinks. The staff was super helpful with shipping ski bags to our next destination. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel chain.

Room was great and we even got upgraded to a bigger room. Our only gripe was that the wifi was slow. Do note that the subway runs close to the hotel, but there is enough sound insulation that we slept well.

Horrible experience very dirty room blood the spot on the sheets, dirty carpets. I have the pictures I will put it on Expedia and I would like my refund. I did not stay in the hotel the three nights. I only stayed one night and use one breakfast. I moved to a different hotel. I talked to hotel receptionist they cannot give me refund because I book it with Expedia. It’s a horrible hotel very very dirty room shower mirrors. Everything in the room was dirty.

We were very impressed by this hotel from the moment we arrived. The area was so clean, the entrance beautiful with Christmas lights. The staff were very friendly and the hotel lobby had many complimentary amenities, including Starbucks coffee which made mornings super easy. The room was so big and nice. The bathroom was huge and very luxurious to have a bath. We loved our stay, it was very close to the station and surrounding shops and Dotonbori. We will definitely be back.

Great Hotel! We would highly recommend and would stay here again. The location is close to Namba station (about a 7-8 minute walk) and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Also walking distance to many places you would want to see in Osaka.
