Great Vacation!

The property was very nice. The pool was great! Host was very responsive and took care of our needs. House was mainly used for sleeping and swimming as we spent many hours of our vacation at the theme parks. We did rent and enjoy the grill! Definitely would rent again! Thanks for everything, it was a fantastic vacation!

Property was as described. Probably the best view from the pool area over a lake. Very nice property. Kitchen was adequately stocked for large groups and the pool area was very nice. Except for one issue that was handled it was a great week!! Would rent this property again!

Excellent Vacation Home

Our multi generational family of 10 enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Very spacious and well appointed. Ample kitchenwares and linens. We loved the pool and hot tub, as well as the games room and community water park. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Space, True to Ad, Multiple Little Problems

This was my first time using a VRBO and overall we were satisfied. I would say I have high expectations, so multiple minor discrepancies/problems were enough to drop my overall star rating.I’ll start with the good; great layout for the house, big kitchen, multiple gathering places, fun games room, beautiful pool and view. House was clean. Pool area had some bandaids along the screens (not cool). Kitchen had a bit of a beetle problem, found them popping up in the drawers and oven.We were a group of 9 and like to cook. Was disappointed in the lack or frying pans, and poor cooking utensils.Beds were comfortable overall, except for 1 bedroom that seemed to have a broken bed frame so the mattress was crooked.House directions lef us to a gate that we couldn’t access (which was frustrating) but we ended up figuring our way in.When we arrived there was a Tv in each room but they didn’t work. Marcella worked at this for us and got it fixed and provided a credit, which was very generous. Washing machine worked well. Dryer does not. Takes forever to dry anything.So overall it was a great space but lots of little things just added up.If those little things don’t bother you then it’s a wonderful space to be.

Place is tired, no response from owner for issues encountered during the stay

Pros: Lots of room for everyone, pool area was large and private, great sunset view off back of house. Plenty of seating for dining. Cons-Place is tired with several issues (AC didn't work for a day and a half until maintenance finally came out to fix it, stove missing bottom burner resulting in twice as long cook times, bar stools were all torn, bathroom toilet roll holder broken, TV in one of the rooms broken), floors were not clean, had black feet after walking around for a few hours, paid extra for the gas grill use and propane tank ran empty after one use. Messaged owner regarding propane tank on second morning and never heard back (to this day) it should have been replaced, or we should have been given a refund since we paid specifically to use it for the entire time. Sent several messages regarding the AC and propane tank issues with no reply. The neighborhood is TIGHT! Cars parked everywhere, on the sidewalks. You can park at the clubhouse if need be. Overall, enjoyed the size of the home, but the tiredness of the place and lack of response to issues overshadowed the stay. Will not be returning.

Large family or group oasis

Family loved the property especially the private pool and large number of patio seating. We also enjoyed the community water park and lazy river. All ages enjoyed too much the game room with billiards,air hockey and Visio arcade games. There was always something to do along with the Disney World and all the many Orlando visitor sites.

Great home to have my whole family gather together! We give our adult children and grandkids "experiences" for their Christmas gift. They love it and this home hit the nail on the head!! We loved the large table where we could all sit together! The game room along with the pool were the highlights. Beautiful home!!

Great family vacation

We had 18 family members. We loved the home. We were all very comfortable. The resort water park was really fun for the kids and adults. If renting the home, please make sure you bring what you need. The supplies provided are minimal including pool towels. Not enough for our family.

It felt like home right away with lots of room. Very quiet and secure. Comfy beds. Great pool area. Hot tub was a little touchy and took awhile to warm up. A few essentials missing like sink plug in kitchen and pepper. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely property for family of 13

The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, clean, well equipped. Lots of pool toys for the little ones. However, communication with the property manager prior to check-in was less than ideal and discourteous. No slack at all was given for check-in or checkout times, gate instructions were not accurate and she failed to provide timely information on baby rental equipment that was included in the arrival package. Nevertheless, we did very much enjoy the house and pool and had no need to contact the property manager during our 4-day stay.

Easy to communicate with the manager. Came right away to fix a couple issues with doors on the property and did so excellent.

What we wanted

This house was just what we wanted. Rooms and beds for all of us and very spacious common areas for all of us to hang out together. Very big dining table and the pool was amazing. I would stay there again.

Beautiful Property, Stunning Pool, Had a Wonderful Time

Best family getaway ever! We made some memories here. The house! The pool! The community! Loved it all those few days we lived there. When we first walked in, the spaciousness of the home and the way it was decorated just spoke to me. It was so nicely decorated and clean. that dining room table was huge and could fit everyone at one time. the kitchen had everything we needed. the kids loved the pool and the arcade games in the garage. spent a lot of time there. I just wanted to stay there becuz it was such a great place. There are a ton of towels and blankets for everybody. I am picky about my house but this house was very clean and well kept. The hardwood floors are really, really pretty. This house is in a great location. It's close to Target, Walmart, Dollar Store, Publix supermarket and whole bunch of restaurants. And its like 10 minutes to Disney World. We didnt have to go far to do anything. Lots of great fun stuff in the gated community like their own restaurants, pools and gym. The concierge was cool too. It was great dealing with Marcella. She was easy to reach and responded fast. If you have a chance to book this place, you definitely should. it will spoil you for all others. I know it did for me.

Wow! Amazing Property, Amazing Stay

This house was incredible! We booked this house for a trip to Disney. Boy are we glad we did. First let's talk about how clean + pristine this house is. Clean linens, sparkling pool, clean BBQ, clean bedrooms.. even the baseboards were spotless. It sits on a lake! We spent the nights on the pool deck BBQing + overlooking the lake and fountain. It was incredible. The pool was a hit with the kids & it lit up at night. We loved the decor & the hardwood floors in the house are beautiful. The pictures on the listing showed carpet in the bedrooms. But we were pleasantly surprised to find beautiful hardwood. No stained carpets here. All the beds were snuggly & super cozy. There were more than enough towels, pool towels, washclothes and blankets for everyone in the house and we had 16 people! So many bathrooms in this house & all of them were nice and clean. Marcella left us some laundry tabs & we were able to wash daily. The washer was clearly brand new and was whisper quiet. The arcade games in the garage were a hit with the kids. We loved eating around that HUGE dining room table & the kitchen had everything we needed. I can't end without saying how great Marcella was. During the whole process (when we booked & our during stay), Marcella was quick to respond. We didnt need much becuz this house had EVERYTHING. But when we asked her a few questions, she responded quickly. Book this house if its available! We have already booked our stay for next summer

Disappointing

The accomodation is of a good size . Sadly we felt the property was poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. Many things in the villa did not work properly and reporting issues to the magement team produced no action. I note previous reviews and would politely suggest to the host she looks at what guests are saying and perhaps relaises management are not doing all they say. Capets dirty and stained. Skirting boards very dusty and dirty. Not all bedf linen clean and some badly stained.Air hockey not working and legs unstable.. Pool table showing signs of wear and cloth worn through in places. Cues only one usable. TV controls all lacked batteries. Washing machine very noisy, ? bearing gone. Fans not working in all rooms. Safe did not work. Door to pool very stiff. Barbecue was not clean. Cooker getting old. On the plus side. Generally sufficient equipment. Nice position and good communal facilities for the resort.
