Space, location, and privacy. Frequent trips to the super close Walmart. We would stay again! Minors...small panic attack when outside screen door to the pool was left jarred wide open after day one and we'd been out. Deduced it must've been pool cleaners. Found towels in drier on day 5....we were reusing and thought the amount available to us was limited. A few more ancillary items would've been nice so plan to buy hand washing soaps, dish soap, garbage bags, tp, salt/ pepper...pretty much everything really if staying here. Two bigger bedrooms were beautiful but the other two are in need of some upgrade, especially the one with the full size bed. Office previously maybe? Nail holes, zip tied blinds, not too nice bed frame...space didn't seem to fit the rest of the house. Definitely some stained carpet and furniture. Again all minors and nothing that would deter future stay. Overall, we loved the place and my kids said 10/10!

What I liked: -Pool is great; specious house; safe and quiet neighborhood What I didn't like: -Upon walking in the house had a stale/old smell to it - ok fine, we aired it out, and it was ok. It was not properly clean; we didn't even turn on any of the ceiling fans as there was so much visible dust on them; walls are stained; furniture is stained; curtains are stained; visible dust on house decor; visible dust and dirt in corners; carpet looks like it needs to be replaced (very much looks stained and dirty); upon arrival we noticed the garbage bins outside of the house were overflowing. According to the garbage rules, there was not to be any extra bags of the garbage when it is brought onto the curb, only what can fit in the garbage bins - there was nowhere to put our garbage in. We contacted the host/property management several times until someone showed up and literally took out garbage from 1/3 of the bin, which was enough for us to put in our garbage. In the backyard area, garbage was not emptied, and there were dirty, broken, old pool toys which we ended up disposing of. At one point we noticed these little maggots all over the kitchen floor - we noticed they were coming from underneath the fridge. We ended up pulling the fridge out and underneath it was so dirty, no wonder there were maggots. We got rid of them, but was not pleasant at all. Dishes (pots/pans) very old and in my opinion not enough for 8 people but I understand this is a vacation property so ok.
