I thought the VRBO was a real bargain. I was very pleased overall, given the cost. It had a great kitchen and plenty of living space. The condo could use a refresh, but was ok and generally clean. There were some weird millipedes around the floors. My only complaint or suggestion to those staying there is to bring your own towels and pillows. I thought the pillows, linens, and towels were pretty sad. The beds were Spartan. But the location was great. They had internet and cable TV. It was close to Universal and lots of places to eat. Showers had good water pressure.

Very nice property close to all Disney

This is very nice property close to everything Disney.Even with known traffics on I4, it took us no more than 30 min to get to any parks or ESPN center.Property is very close to Publix and many restaurants. You can even walk there if you’d like.Beds are comfortable but on harder side.Only one draw back host didn’t tell us about.The pool in the development is completely closed for renovation.i don’t think they will be ready this summer.They have sister property on the other side of the road with working pool. We had to go there.It’s either 10 min walk or 5 min drive.I don’t mind walking or driving but in this particular case, when you are wet from the pool, it would be nice to go into your unit and not need to drive 5 min.Over than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place!

Overall this was a nice place to stay! Plenty of space for our family of 6. Kitchen had all the necessities, and location just a few minutes from a grocery store was very convenient. Unfortunately the main pool area was under construction; there was an alternative pool area that was walkable but had to cross a major road to get there. The resort offered a golf cart ride to/from the pool during daytime hours, but not all hours that the pool was open.

Great Location!!!

It's on the first floor and next to an exit door so we never had to wait for an elevator and could easily unload and load the car. The pool is a short walk away. If you have kids, around the corner from the enclosed playground and sports court. The resort is centrally located to everything, so we didn’t have to constantly fight traffic on the expressway and major roads. Universal was only 10 minutes away. Publix and several resturants are next to the resort. We also like the fact that it is a gated community. We never felt unsafe even walking the dog at 3am. The lay-out of the condo is well thought out. The 4 bedrooms seem to be spaced away from each other. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge! My only complaint would be that the headboard (in every room) is not attached to anything and tends to make noise every time you move. Bring coat hangers as there were only 5 in the entire condo. There weren't enough places to sit in the living room for our family of 7. The kitchen had plenty of space to store food and such and the refrigerator has an ice maker and water that both go through a filter. In their starter kit, you are given 2 dishwasher pods, 3 trash bags, a roll of paper towels, and an extra roll of 1 ply toilet paper for each bathroom and all the hand soaps are filled. For us, we had to go buy trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and paper towels so plan accordingly. Communication was great and we will definitely be staying here again!

Room to Enjoy

We have stayed at Vista Cay in many different condos in this complex and have never been disappointed. The location is perfect for the convention center and I Drive activities. The room itself has 4 bedrooms and there is room for each person to spread out a bit. The living room is a bit small for a condo that sleeps 8 people and there are not enough seats in the living room area. The wifi is very slow and I would love to see that better. The kitchen was well stocked with items for general cooking.

Great location and pool area

Location was great. Ample parking. Pool/pool bar wonderful. Unit is large and great for a large group. Property owners very good at communicating. . Kitchen nicely updated. The beds could use replacing-not comfortable at all.

Great Location could use some TLC

Property is convenient to the parks. Large condo which is comfortable for a big family. Concerns over the cleanliness (feet turned black when walking on tile), roaches in the kitchen. Place needs a deep clean. Communication was spotty. Emailed through their website a few weeks prior to arrival didn’t receive a response. During check in the incorrect door code was provided so after a long drive we were stuck waiting outside until someone texted back. Apparently they don’t answer calls only texts. Overall the complex is very nice, but the condo could use some TLC.

Good Value

Issue at check in to get code for lock box was fixed quickly with a few texts to number on check in email. One other issue with Wifi was address quickly as well. Place was large enough for 2 families of 4 (8 total) and a very good value. Could use some "sprucing up" but would stay at again.

Family reunion

My family and I were in Orlando for a family reunion. Communication with the property management company was excellent. Miss Nina is very personable, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The property was very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again and also use Orlando Fun Rentals.

I would not stay here again.

The home was dirty and needed a deep clean. Looked like soda was spilt and left all over floorboards. We had a cockroach issue although they did come to spray immediately after we called but we would see at least 3 a day. We bought our own blankets and pillows because the beds were so uncomfortable and also felt dirty. Would not recommend.

Place was nice and clean. Very convenient to parks and being on the 1st floor was nice. Beds were very uncomfortable need to have mattresses replaced only negative I can think of.

Nice place, but a couple minor issues.

Great 4 bedroom and the location is awesome for Sea World and Universal. Literally, right next to the convention center. The room is located very close to the pool and activities center which was a plus. Grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance but a car is a little easier for the grocery store. The comforter had a huge pee stain when we arrived. They replaced it within a few hours of our arrival after we contacted them. The Wi-Fi was terrible and crazy enough, our cell signal was very poor. We use Verizon. I like the place and would definitely stay there again.
