Clean, quick check-in, accurate, and great communication. The property manager quickly took care of all our minor issues. For weeks I reviewed many locations in the Davenport area. We decided on this property, and we were thrilled from the moment we walked in until we shut the door 2 weeks later. Several family members joined us, and everyone loved it. The house was extremely clean and well decorated in a Florida decor. There is plenty of seating on the 1st floor with a beautifully set dining table. Outside there is another table ready to enjoy a meal. The pool was cold, but it was only Feb. I chose not to heat it, but the children jumped in for some time using the included pool floats and the jets worked fine. The kitchen and pantry were fabulous. The side-by-side refrigerator is limiting when you’re used to a French door one. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, cooking supplies, and countertop appliances. I liked having some plastic plates and bowls for the children. I brought my own knives but theirs were adequate. There are 2 BR with ensuites on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 kids BR done in Disney that share a bathroom and 2 more BRs with ensuites. There is a large TV area on the 2nd floor for all to enjoy. Sam provides plenty of pool towels, a washer, and dryer. The garage has a few games. The community pool is a 8 min walk but has limited parking. The pool was crowded, but they are adding more chairs. Food and drink at Cafe Sol were great.
