Poor communication from property manager, would not recommend
I stayed with a group of friends (11 of us total) for a weekend as we were visiting Universal Studios. The property management communication was poor which led to a stressful stay. There were a lot of extra fees ($50 for early check in by one hour, $50 to use the grill). We were unable to use the heated pool because we didn’t meet the 4 night minimum stay. I asked to check in early and was told that I would be notified if I could do this a few days early. I wasn’t, so I had to message them myself that day to ask about early check in. I paid extra to use the BBQ grill and didn’t receive the combination lock code until I messaged for it that evening. I also had to buy a brand new propane tank in addition to paying the fee to be able to use the grill. There were multiple things needed attention in the house when we arrived—red smudges on the wall in the upstairs bathroom, the lighter on the grill wasn’t working, two of the bathroom locks were broken which led two of us to get stuck in the bathroom until we could jiggle it loose. We also couldn’t lock the front door from the outside because the front door lock wasn’t working. The temperature controls for the AC/heat were locked in boxes and it was set to 70F which was freezing downstairs overnight. The check-out instructions I received by email and the check-out instructions in the book in the house were different which was confusing. I would not recommend staying at this property.
