Simply baffled

The rooms were nice but floors were dirty. Needed mopping. Shades had coffee on them like previous renters had thrown it there.bed sheets were tight and coming off

DISNEY TRIP

Beautiful home, well decorated and furnished for maximum convenience and utilization Convenient location for shopping and necessities but not so close to the attractions as to generate heavy traffic congestion in the area Met one of the property owners from the adjacent unit named Mo. extremely nice, helpful, and informative “neighbor” I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay on their next vacation to Disney

My 50th birthday celebration

Only problem I had was the internet connection and it may have been that I need a new phone but it was the internet connection because the TV down stairs was out so I called the number provided they said it was connected on they're end to let whomever know that but we didn't bother overall the place was amazing and the pool could have used a little more cleaning my husband said it was Sandy at the bottom I wore water shoes because I'm a diabetic. Will love to stay again

Good Place

We had a pretty good stay here. We had a member of our group arrive a little early and was going to pay extra to get in the townhouse but the communication with the property folks was not good at that time. Other than that, the unit was clean and everything was fine.

We had a pleasant stay.

House was clean and well stocked. I was unable to get the TV in the master bedroom to operate, but since I brought my DVD player, that was not a major problem. We had a problem with the pool on arrival and, after calling the maintenance number I was provided with, that was rectified right away. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, we had plenty of room to relax. I would recommend this property.

Great Location

Great location!

We loved staying at this property, and it was in a great location to everything we did. The neighborhood is also very quiet, which was amazing for relaxing. The Premier Resort management team was amazing, and very prompt. My only recommendation would be to add some additional measuring spoons and smaller spatulas for the cooking area. I would also let renters know that they will need to buy all of their cleaning products, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towel. I thought we would get at least two, but I was glad that I checked before heading to the store. Not a huge deal, but nice to know before visiting.

Great place to stay with family and a great in-between for Disney parks and Universal Studios parks.

Our stay overall was very satisfying. The property is nice and worked well for our group of 8. Overall cleanliness was good, however they good use some quality control on ensuring the unit is fully clean before check in. We had multiple dishes that were very dirty yet put away clean, the dishwasher was left with dirty dishes, and towels were left in the dryer instead of being put away. Not really major things. The wifi listed in our check-in email was not correct and never did get the right one to be able to connect. Thankfully we were able to turn on hot spots on our phones for our kids to connect to in the evening when winding down before bed. We Still had a great experience during our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay

This is the second time staying here and really enjoyed it. The pool is nice to hang around in the day or night. The kitchen is nice, so we decided to make Thanksgiving dinner there instead of going out. Next time we go on vacation, and if it is available, we would stay again.

Great property, great location.

Property is well kept, rooms were comfortable, communication with property management was on point, and response to requests were managed promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family, specially being a dog friendly unit. The unit has very good appliances, great A/C, and the pool was set up with enough outside seating for the family to enjoy while relaxing. Only items I would have to address relate to housekeeping: towels were dirty with toothpaste and hair (we washed all the towels), first floor bath had hairs in the shower (had to clean the shower), and I know it is a pet friendly unit, but they need to pay attention to the living room; we sat on the couch and were left full of white hairs from pet of previous visitors, we used a lint roller to remove the hair off of the couch. Overall our experience was a good one for our 6 night stay, and if available, would stay here on our next visit to Orlando.
