I loved my stay at this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. I called ahead and asked about parking as that seems to be the main negative review. Just don’t check in with valet at all. Park on the side street and take a picture of the meter and you can add time from your phone. Make sure you park in the long term street parking if you’re going to be there past 10 am. It’s just a few extra steps further. Also, parking is free from 6pm to 8am. We used the food cook tops they have at the front desk to make several dinners. They only come with 1 tiny skillet so we went to buy pots. That’s when we learned it only took convection tops so make sure whatever pot you bring or buy is convection capable. Rooftop pool was great. Laundry there is only 1 washer working. They should really fix that. Overall it was a 9/10 stay!

The staff members were nice and helpful, and we truly appreciate the staff, especially the cleaning team, however, this hotel needs some improvements. We stayed for two weeks. After a few days, we wanted to upgrade our room from a king bed to two queen beds. Unfortunately, we did not receive any assistance with this request. Even after contacting Expedia, they informed us that the hotel did not approve the change. The king rooms are quite small. During our stay, we had to change rooms a couple of times due to a muddy, moldy smell. Thanks to the front desk employees who helped us immediately each time. However, in the last room we stayed in, the heating system was not working properly, it only worked sometimes. Thank god we didn’t need it all the time because the weather was nice and warm The breakfast was acceptable at first, but it became worse in the final days of our stay. They stopped serving basic breakfast items such as milk, boiled eggs, and even green tea packets. After breakfast hours, the hotel did not provide coffee at all. I believe offering complimentary coffee 24 hours a day is something most hotels provide nowadays. The hotel itself needs renovation, the sofas and carpets are old and worn. There are also not many restaurants within walking distance. Although it is downtown, you still have to drive 10–20 minutes to reach restaurants, and about 20 minutes to reach the Premium Outlets, Universal Studios, ICON Park, and Fun Spot parks
