Beautiful stay

This condo is beautiful, warm and welcoming. Gas everything on hand that you'll need to cook, utensils, pots, pans etc. The hot tub on the deck was the highlight for the grandchildren after swimming all day. Lots of room and comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend to stay here.

Great place but odd management

Everything about the actual place was terrific. I rented this location through vrbo however received communication about the rental through Alabama getaway. My final payment was made directly to Alabama getaway. Turquoise place itself is a spectrum getaway location and not everything on the property is considered an amenity to the rental if you rent direct with vrbo. Basically you need a masters degree to figure out the logistics of it all. The owner should just pull it from vrbo and pick one rental group. I also felt the management team was rude, both Alabama and spectrum. Spectrum doesn’t want to deal with you if you don’t book direct with them yet they are the faces at the front desk of the lobby. I was offered an extra 40% off to extend my vacation by text by AG so I contacted AG the day before we were to check out to accept their offer. They took the offer off of the table stating the people checking in after us, wanted to check in earlier. If you’re going to offer extended time at least call and discuss it and get a commitment either way before you offer it to an other party and then say just kidding. I’m at the beach with my family not texting on my phone monitoring random texts from the management team of this property. Also there was no early check in. Check in was at 4 which is fine, def don’t expect to get early time.

Christmas getaway (State meet for gymnastics)

We have stayed in LOTS of units at TP, both 3 and 4 bedrooms. We really really enjoyed this unit. Just the little extras (especially for a long weekend) like some beach towels, chairs and wagon for the beach, laundry washing pods, trash bags, hair dryers was all such a nice extra touch. We loved the updates to the unit (new white countertops, paint and walls). Will definitely book again.

Absolutely beautiful property! Everything was nice and clean. The unit itself was perfectly decorated and you can tell has been updated recently. Had all of the necessities plus plenty of extras like the beach chairs and wagon. Can’t come up with a single complaint!! Hope to return soon!

Very beautiful experience

We were stunned at the beauty of the property. It was easy to check in, meticulously maintained and was very spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities. Would love to come back to this very property.

Clean and spacious

Unit was very clean and very spacious. Had everything we needed, even lots of beach towels and chairs for the beach. Hot tub was perfect. Parking spot was conveniently located right across from elevator.

Feb 4th - 15th 2024 C2605

Property is exactly as the pictures showed. Check in was super easy and we had keys and parking passes within 5 minutes. Everything in the unit was as expected and no surprises. View was amazing and the unit was very clean. Our only downside to our stay was not being able to use the hot tub for the first 7 days. Communication back and forth with the property management company finally did get us some compensation for the time that we couldn’t use the hot tub which we felt was fair. We were able to use the hot tub by day 8, so we were glad to finally have it taken care of. We look forward to coming back to Orange Beach next year!

Perfect Property for Any Family

We had the absolute best time during our stay. This unit had everything we needed included a wagon, towels, beach chairs. The hot tub was perfect for an afternoon wind down on the days when it was raining. Could not suggest this property more and we will definitely be back.

Everything and More

The stay was lovely, very quiet and peaceful. Nice getaway right on beach from Tuesday to Friday. Look just like pictures. The condo was equipped with everything and more.. Perfect!

Absolutely beautiful! The view is Perfect!!! My entire family was in love with that place. Comfortable was a must and it exceeded my expectations. We all slept great. The pools were great! My kids stayed in those very late enjoying themselves. The bar made excellent drinks and the live music was good. The whole vibe is just amazing! The only thing is lacks was breakfast. It would have been great if it provided that. Thank you for a great summer family vacation..
