Great stay overall...but ASK questions prior to booking!
Overall, our stay was great - the condo was clean, well-furnished, had beautiful views, and was centrally located to all the fun stuff. Our problems came into play immediately after booking and making the nonrefundable payment. I then received an email letting me know that 2 of the 4 elevators at the complex were having maintenance. This was not disclosed on the property details or I would've booked elsewhere. I've been in large complexes like this and had long waits for elevators when they were ALL working, so I knew this would be a pain. And it was. We waited nearly a half hour at one stretch and had two very small children with us. Not ok. Also, upon arrival and trying to park in a handicap spot, we saw they were all blocked off, and a worker came over to let us know that ALL handicap spots were off limits through the entire next day because a crane was coming in to work on the tennis courts. Again, nothing about this was disclosed on the property details, and my husband is a diabled vet. Luckily, the woman working the parking passes allowed us to use the basement parking at no additional cost.While I understand these buildings and amenities need maintenance, these kinds of things MUST be disclosed on the property details for full disclosure and so a fully informed decision can be made by a renter, especially when there's a no-refund policy in place. That's the only part of our stay that was unsatisfactory. So please ask all the right questions prior to booking.
