**The beachside Cafe & Bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and is open Wednesday - Sunday 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm**

Oct 25-Nov 24: Indoor Pool - Flooring; area will be closed to all while we put in new flooring and redo the coping around the hot tubs/pool. I know there is no great time to close this area down, but the goal is to complete it before the holidays and have it ready for our winter guests.

December: Lazy River shut down – palm tree removal / landscaping and other maintenance items will be completed then.

BRAND NEW ADULT-ONLY POOL, KIDS SPLASH PAD, AND BAR & GRILL NOW OPEN! The 14th-floor hot tub/sauna/shower area is open! This area will now be for those 18 & older. There is also a new Tiny Tot area that is perfect for guests ages 4 and under.

Oasis at Orange Beach 1813 (formerly known as Phoenix West II) is a three-bedroom, four-bath condo with north-facing views from the 18th floor. Stunning panoramic views of the Gulf State Park!

• Access to the balcony is from the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has two queen-size beds

• The third bedroom has two full-size beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes at the front desk or online before arrival ($60.00 each)

• Guests staying longer than 30 days must purchase additional parking credentials for each 30-day period or any part thereof.

• Minimum age to rent is 25. **THE ASSOCIATION IS VERY STRICT ON THIS RULE AND YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF AT CHECK-IN.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
