Best condo ever

This property was by far the best condo and had the best balcony that I have stayed at.The condo was clean and exactly as the listing says. I recommended this condo to everyone. Easy check in, check out, communication with host is excellent. Will definitely stay here again!!! Thank you to our host for giving us such a great place to stay for our family vacation

Girls trip

Perfect, Perfect , Perfect. We stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. Condo was decorated so nice and the balcony was amazing. Location was excellent and the view of the gulf outstanding. We stayed at the beach , morning till evening and ate out at night. . So much fun.

Amazing stay!

The condo, balcony, view and beach were beautiful! Beds were comfy, plenty of dishes/cookware available. The property felt very safe. The only thing I would suggest is to have extra trash bags available. The glass top on the dresser in the master bedroom had a piece broken, but it didnt affect our stay.

Family getaway

We love this unit and have stayed in it 4 other times over the years. Great amenities with updated decor and app. We love the spacious balcony that includes comfortable outdoor seating for everyone. This is the ideal unit for large families or groups of friends because it sleeps so many! Our Vacasa point person was so helpful and quick to lend a helping hand. My only suggestions for the owners are: the TV in the double bedroom needs to be replaced because the current one would never work which is the same problem we had 2 years ago, there was a leak in the double bedroom ceiling which we reported immediately when we checked in (a repairman responded quickly but said the problem was reoccurring and would need more in depth concrete repair-whatever he did stopped the leak while we were there), lightbulbs need replacing in a few places, the kitchen was dark and could benefit from brighter lighting, the sink faucet handle in the main king bedroom was loose and needs repairing, most of the drains could use some liquid Draino. Overall, I would recommend this unit to anyone and will be returning for a future stay again.

Amazing stay with a view

Even though a few days were a bit gray, the patio allowed us to enjoy the sounds of the ocean! We enjoyed being right on the beach. The condo was clean and the management was very responsive with any questions we had! Excellent place to vacation and relax!

Porch is fantastic, construction next door was awful

Lots of little problems like toilet paper roll off wall, no ice maker, timer on oven didn't work. Vacasa was quick to respond but they couldn't control upstairs neighbor jackhammering to remodel their floor. The porch is fantastic but construction is still ongoing with Windward Pointe next door. Check with them before booking with Pelican Pointe. Construction continues from 8am until dark. If that construction is complete, we would give this a 4.5 star review.

Awesome balcony

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The whole condo is great, but the best part of it is the balcony. It is large, well-appointed, and has an amazing view. Beach access is super easy. It has been nicely modernized. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

AHSAA State Track Meet Stay

This condo was perfect. It was very clean. The balcony was awesome. Very spacious and lots of sitting area. It rain one day, so we spend most of our day out there which was so good. Other condos we have stayed in the balcony is small and don’t have a lot of seating area, so we enjoyed that. The kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked all 3 meals there daily with no problems. The location was Convenient to Walmart (4 mins away) and souvenir shops and a few restaurants ( walking distance) We plan to book here again next year during state track meet. Furniture was clean and comfortable. We had no problems.

Christmas 2022

We arrived on the evening of Christmas Eve. Our condo was everything the pitcures offered. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The balcony was truly the best place for me. Being able to sit and reflect and relax while watching the waves. The beach was beautiful and clean. Our family has already decided to return to this condo!

The ideal beach getaway

The condo was absolutely beautiful with top-notch amenities. All the furnishings were updated and made our stay so enjoyable. It was very spacious and provided enough room for our entire group. Our favorite place was the large balcony with its wonderful deck furniture. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit’s floors. At first glance, they seemed clean. However, within 20 minutes of our arrival, our feet were completely black. We had not even been outside so this dirt were strictly from the inside. My grand baby was also crawling around and her feet, knees and even her face had black smudges from the floor. The floors need immediate attention and a deep cleaning. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Perfect Getaway
