Very comfortable condo with nice amenities and a wonderful large balcony with an absolutely stunning ocean view. Very conveniently located to several nice restaurants, shopping and a Rouses grocery store that I highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Check in communication was good. Location is good. Place needs some taken care of stuff, outlets are not stables, lots of dirt on floor and under the bed. Rusted cooking knifes. Patio furniture needs cleaning. The furniture needs to be dusted the air vents are filthy in the whole place.

For some reason, it looked like we'd have 3br/3ba. There were 2 bathrooms. The faucet in the master leaked loudly. I was sent a text that someone would be there to check it. No one came. The balcony light was out. We were surprised about the 50 parking fee. After doing a little digging through all the email links, I found it. Property owners should list that on their vrbo page up front.

Girls Trip

The time at the beach and condo was amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Loved the easy access not having to deal with front desk people. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend!!!

Nice Condo, not so nice communication

Great condo and the beach was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware to prep meals. The balcony was long and spacious. The patio furniture was excellent! During our stay, we needed a bag for the garbage can, a broom to sweep the floor, and the balcony light repaired. After sending multiple text messages, we received one garbage bag and broom. The balcony light fixture was not repaired until our last night of a 5-night family vacation. The contact person offered us a $40 rebate per night but that was July and I have yet to see a refund in September. I continue to send messages asking about the rebate to only see generic automated responses. I wish communication was better with the owner/manager of this unit. I would probably book again if I received my rebate.

Great condo but…

This condo was great! Great balcony. The problem we had was with Vacasa. Our check in was at 4pm and when we checked in none of the beds were made, no towels, no toilet paper, no trash can liners, no amenity kit. By 8:30 that night FINALLY everything was done. But then the next day, the dryer knob is stuck. It won’t move! Two days later they come to fix it. It’s fixed but I believe it will break again. When picking a property, do yourselves a favor and make sure they don’t use Vacasa!!!

Great location and amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo has a very nice layout. The view was great and the beach access was great. The couch and carpet look like they need a good cleaning, but our biggest issue was with the fact that only one elevator was in service for a 15 floor condo. That was quite problematic, especially when everybody is trying to check out at the same time in the morning. The elevator would stop on every floor with people trying to take their carts and luggage out only to find the (only) elevator was already full every time. It took us 45 minutes from start to finish trying to take everything out of the condo and into our cars.

Terrible Communication with Lies and Deceit

We arrived to a balcony completely unusable. The doors were blocked from the outside and you couldn’t see the ocean with the plastic coverings from the ongoing construction. We also had to keep the curtains closed for any sort of privacy because the construction crew was on and off the balcony, and up and down the scaffold the entire time. We should have been warned about this before our arrival but we weren’t. The listing noted the balcony may be inaccessible at times for safety but that was it. That is a far stretch from what was actually happening at the condo. Our handicapped nana wasn’t able to spend her time on the balcony and enjoy the views, but had to stay inside instead. Communication with the property manager was awful and they didn’t get back to me for a full 48 hours after I first tried to get in touch with them. And even then it was hardly helpful. I’m still waiting to hear back from them on anything they will do to rectify the situation. We understand construction has to happen and we knew there would be some going on and we’re okay with that. However, how it was communicated and how the management group has responded to us is completely unacceptable.

Good experience

The unit could use some updating (carpets, bathrooms), but we found it to be very clean. The view was great! Kitchen is super well stocked with dishes, cutlery, Keurig, etc. Worked well for us for the week.

Dirty

This unit was dirty! The water backs up in the tubs and you are standing in water. Problem with dishwasher, microwave smelled so bad, fans dirty, my husband had to replace the filter that was black. We ended up early and still no response when I called about the showers. We will NOT be coming back to this place

Great Stay!

We had a fantastic stay! Location is great and easy to get in and out of. It’s central to many things. Condo was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The balcony was bigger than most condos we’ve stayed in before, and the furniture was great. Beds were comfortable. Property was nice and well maintained. Everything was great! The only complaint we had was the water heater. Only the first person to shower in each bathroom got hot water. But that’s just normal everywhere I’m sure. It wasn’t a big deal to us. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and view, terrible communication and the condo was filthy

As soon as we opened the door the smell of mildew was so strong, it got worse from there. The shared bathroom was dirty, had a clogged drain from previous renters that we had to get out ourselves. The coffee filter had used coffee grounds left in it, all of the towels smelled like diesel fuel and had to be washed again, the floor was so gross, My grandson, that can’t walk, was covered in black. The sheets had stains on them and the balcony had a huge spot on the ceiling that needs to be repaired. As far as communication, I booked our stay on March 24, I immediately sent a message to change the dates by 2 days, I finally got a reply on May 10 telling me the dates couldn’t be changed. I was also charged on my card the balance due without approval or notification. I will not recommend this condo or the use of Vacasa through VRBO

Wonderful Space

Loved the space and layout! Outdoor balcony was a large enough space for all to gather! Communication was a little difficult as I didn’t know what appliances were furnished….what type of coffee pot, hair dryer, etc….but I brought it all with me just in case! Facility was nice and organized! Elevators were fast and plenty of carts to haul your things from car to condo.

Needs a deep clean

Positives: Its a short trek from the boardwalk to the shoreline. The elevators are very fast. Plenty of luggage carts were available at checkin and checkout. Negatives: Upon arrival we noticed a strong musty/mildewed smell. We though it might fade with the unit being in use, but it stayed a very intense odor throughout our stay. The closet door that encloses the dryer has to be taken off it’s track at the top to allow the dryer door to open. There is an overall feeling of only a superficial clean. Vents, ceilings, walls, doors, fans need a good wipe down. The rental company for beach lounges is unnecessarily hateful. We set up our beach chairs not long after sunrise each morning. The rental staff never said a word about us not being allowed to set up in front of the condo (which is ridiculous since we pay to rent the condo unit), instead they set up their beach chairs so close to wear we were that it was incredibly uncomfortable. The next day they set up maybe a foot in front of our chairs. No communication, very passive aggressive. When it came time to checkout, we were not given a list of chores to complete before leaving until 2 hours before checkout. Considering we are usually early risers, there’s a significant chance we would’ve already been gone before receiving the list.
