Regency Isle 411 is a 2-bedroom, 2.5 baths condo with AMAZING views of the Gulf from the 4th floor.

• Access to the oversized balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a Keurig Coffee Maker, and a wet bar. The dining room table seats six, and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic LUXE-breeze mattress, which feels up to 8 degrees cooler throughout the night. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub.

• The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with a Tempurpedic LUXE-breeze mattress and a set of twin XL bunk beds. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• One assigned parking space is included in the two-car maximum. No guarantees can be made for a second vehicle. Parking for a second vehicle is first-come, first-served in unmarked spaces. No trailers are allowed on the property at any time.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
