The view was absolutely amazing - of course, the Gulf to the south was what we came for. However, the full windows from the living/dining room and two bedrooms also boasted the Gulf and the state park without any buildings blocking the view. The sunset put on a show every night. The condo was quiet and roomy, with the perfect layout to accommodate our children and grandchildren for a week mid month. We loved being across the street from the state park and spent a fair amount of time on the trails. The beach, indoor pool and hot tub, as well as the outdoor pools and splash pad were wonderful - and our family used them all. February weather was better than usual, so our time was perfect. We'd happily stay again.

This condo was gorgeous! The views were unbeatable. The hostess was responsive and accommodating. This place has plenty of room for everyone. I would gladly rebook again in the future. My husband said for the first time ever he was sad to leave. We’ll be back!

Perfect location and condo for classmates who have traveled together for 27 years. This has been the most relaxing and comfortable condo plus a View, and beach. Found dining out each evening the best. Would definitely book again. Just more toilet paper!!!

The location was great. We arrived around 6:30 and no one was at check the because they left at 5:00, and we couldn’t get our parking passes until the next day. The only things that I didn’t like was that the bathroom in the master bedroom toilet didn’t work properly.

Awesome view... great property! The pictures do the view no justice! The area is adult recommended, yet kid friendly. We are totally coming back again! There were a few minor issues with the space, but we let the owner know and she responded very quickly. When renting remember to bring the following:-Extra toilet paper - they only provided what was on the holder.- Beach towels and all beach accessories - we totally forgot to do that, luckily you can rent them on the beach or purchase them at the nearby store. -Seasoning - there was absolutely none, not even salt and pepper. No worries there was a Publix and Walmart nearby.

The master jacuzzi tub did not work. The condo only has a small indoor pool mainly for kids. The outdoor is all lazy river and slide. Condo was clean.

This condo had the most amazing view with the perfect location. Everything was brand new and we were able to fit comfortably with a family of 15. It had easy access to the beach. My family enjoyed the lazy river and the kids enjoyed the slide. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous condo!! Loved the view from the corner unit! Could use more kitchen utensils, especially a better can opener. The floors "looked" clean, however, the bottoms of our feet were black (literally) when walking barefoot. I communicated with the owner and she was going to address with the cleaning crew. Overall, we loved the condo and would definitely go back. Communication with the owner was always prompt and helpful. My overall rating is excellent!!

This was a beautiful place at a great location! We stayed with our blended family of 7 ranging in ages 22-1. The space was very comfortable for sleeping & relaxing while not at the beach or pool! Only complaint would be that the host only provides 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods for a family of 7 for 4 days - it would have been nice for them to provide at least some additional basic necessities, including hand soap! We did have to contact the host about a difficult to operate dishwasher & a smoke alarm that went off and they responded somewhat quickly. I sent a message on Monday morning & they arrived Tuesday morning to fix it. Also the listing states no reservations are necessary for the beach chair service recommended. We showed up at 9:03 and the entire first row was taken. We would definitely recommend making reservations early for beach service! Overall, a great trip - we would stay again but would come more prepared!

Spectacular view!

This corner unit gave us the most amazing view! Very clean unit, had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk across the street to surf shop and a fabulous breakfast/coffee place every morning. The indoor and outdoor pool are spectacular and there is nothing like being right on the beach! We came the week of Mardi Gras, and were able to have our own private walkway to catch all of the Mardi Gras parde floats drive by the building! Highly reccomend this unit, will stay here again!

Fun vacation

The condo was clean and perfect for our group of 8. The beach was steps away, which was great for our younger kids. The pool was also awesome! We had a great time!
