Our complete villa can accommodate 10 people, especially for families and groups of friends who are looking for privacy.

The villa consists of 3 apartments.

App 1 consists of 80 sqm with 2 bedrooms 1 living room bathroom kitchen and large balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and pool.

App 2-3 on the second floor consists of approx. 30 sqm with a double bed, bathroom, small kitchen and a fantastic view of the sea and pool.

The villa with a view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea is located indirectly on the beach in a small town called Stanici near the larger town of Omis. This coastal strip captivates with its picturesque landscape with the high mountains in the background and the azure sea in front.

In this fabulous place you will spend many wonderful hours and a few steps down the stairs will take you directly to the beach, where there is a small cafe,

+ Two small "mom and pop shops" within walking distance, where you can get everything you need, including fresh bread or Croatian Style Buns,

+ a handful of restaurants are also within easy walking distance.

The advantages of this place are clear sea beautiful pebble beaches and a number of possibilities for an active vacation - surfing, sailing, water skiing, rafting on the river Cetina, kayaking, canyoning, ...

And other thing that is very important, they are so close and yet far enough away from everyday stress, fast lifestyle and a tourism industry. A short distance from attractive tourist centers (35 km Split, Makarska 25 km) will ensure unforgettable evenings in many discos, restaurants and various tourist sights with historical importance.

Activities: Daily boat trips to the neighboring island of Brac are organized from Omis, about 4 km away. Rafting tours are offered in untouched nature on the Cetina canyon (the Cetina river flows into the sea at Omis).

Pets are of course allowed.
