I would not recommend this property. When we checked in there was no soap or hand soap in the room. We noticed it right away and asked the desk for some. They gave us a bar of soap and told us that the cleaning crew had left for the day and would bring us the hand soap in the morning. That never happened. Also a dirty coffee mug was hung with the clean mugs on the rack, there was only one fork , and two spoons in the draw. In the morning there was trash all around the pool.

My room smelled like urine. The extra tv had no remote and was unplugged in the sitting area of my room. The nightstand usb ports didn’t work. The bathroom was clean but needed work done on the rusty, moldy shower pan. All bedding had stains and so did all furniture in the room. Not great.

It rained and our room got wet from rain seeping through the floor/walls. They were not surprised when we reported it. My daughter is lucky she wasn’t electrocuted! There were ball teams staying there which is fine but they let the kids run and scream through the hallways past midnight! It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. We called the front desk 3 times between 10:30pm -12:45am.

Easy check in. The room is ok, for a newer property, had few stains on carpet and couch. But overall was nice. Only complaint was no cribs available at this property. I sent a Request for one a week prior to staying, they responded and said they would try to accommodate my request. When I arrived to check in, they had no cribs but said he would try to get one from another hotel (there are like 4 right next to each other, assuming they are owned by same property management) but never heard back, so we just managed. Overall nice stay

When I tell you the sofa beds are BAD they are BAD!!! Literally a spring box is what you’re sleeping in. Breakfast is not great either.

Great hotel, only downfall was breakfast…

Great hotel located not far at all from Bricktown, the free shuttle to Bricktown was fast and convenient. Room was spacious and comfy with 2 queen beds and a full kitchen. Check in was easy and fast, the only thing that I found that was negative was the gravy at breakfast… this was the main part of the breakfast and the gravy was cold at 8:30AM. I would for sure still stay at this hotel again especially for the price.

My only negative on this hotel was the breakfast. I fully expected the typical hotel stuff but it seemed as if a lot was missing, as if they weren't ready so you had to ask for it, and we went down an hour after it started. Small complaint.
