Fine but coffee/breakfast was not

Room was fine but coffee was light brown and overly watery. Gross to be exact. Coffee at a hotel can make or break a stay for some! This was highly disappointing. Thought it was a bad pot but came back later and it was still horrible. Also no protein at the breakfast besides eggs. Which at a hotel I would question the eggs anyway unless they are real eggs cooked to order, which these were not. Overall hotel was fine but breakfast must be addressed

The front desk clerk could really use some customer service training. He was very unfriendly and stoic, and he seemed bothered that people were staying at the property. I didn't get his name but arrived around 5:30 Saturday evening on 5/31.

I called the day before check-in to verify the deposit amount. The person that I talked to said that it would be $100. When we arrived the next day to check-in, the person at the desk said that the deposit is $150. We told them that we called the day before to verify and was told that it was $100. They ended up dropping it to $140. Very poor and unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom sink had a crack and one of my pillows had black marks on it. If they had honored the $100 deposit fee that THEY stated the day prior, I could have overlooked the other things. Integrity really means something.

The internet was unexceptable the woman working preparing breakfast did not act professional at all. They didn’t leave coffee in the room or clean our coffee pot. The man and woman working the front desk was very professional.

This hotel is our go to whenever we’re In the area. It’s convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are wheelchair accessible.
