Toilets, shower, lavatory, refrigerator and the like all worked. Linens were clean and a cut above most budget hotels, though not needlessly luxurious. We visit family in Omak once or twice a year, and will probably be staying here when we can. "

"Overall happy with stays. Best hotel option around the area except for the smoke in the rooms from the casino. This is something I have to consider heavily when booking a room, so I usually end up staying at the Best Western Peppertree."
