I called the front desk around 9pm to ask they alert the family that occupied multiple rooms that their children were running in the hallways while screaming. The response given was that they’d tell them when they came down to dinner. She knew exactly who I was referring to. Needless to say, around11pm, the running and yelling started up again. It’s a beautiful property within walking distance of the ruins, but I expect more from hotel staff so we probably wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. "
