今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。

カーテンは引かれていたが西陽が当たる部屋のためとても暑かった。部屋にエアコンがあればクーラーをガンガンに効かせたい気分だったが上から送り込まれる空調のため温かい風が来て困った。ほんの少しだけ開く窓を開け半袖で寝たが布団を掛けると暑かった。
