NEGLECTED Property and HORRIBLE property manager
I traveled w my 84 yo mom w Alzheimer's and my daughter w Down Syndrome. I asked the ppty manager for a late check out Monday due to a late night activity on Sunday. Unable to accommodate us, I purchased another night and we were greeted with scheduled loud construction on Monday and Tuesday morning. Fireman entered our apartment while we slept for scheduled am visit the morning we arrived! We had no water for 2 of our 5 days from 9am to noon. We had no notice and had to attend a graduation without showering!! No amenities were provided aside from 2 personal bars of soap and cleaning products. No salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner . No safe pots or pans. There was early morning LOUD construction on 2 of the mornings until 3pm. There is laundry downstairs requires apps and forced amounts to load cards that are not refundable. There no laundry soap, even for purchase, in the building G but after searching and calling security they said to walk to building B to purchase soap with laundry and folks. The unit was clean and outdated but in disrepair. There were many missing window slats that disallowed darkened rooms or privacy. Manager tried to fix the slats and replace a battery on a broken clock. The slats failed as I explained that some were broken but the track mechanism itself was broken so the slats could not be hung. Switches were broken. I asked for a discount and was offered 12 off daily after arguing that was not extended. Manager has numerous condos there shocking!
