Perfect distance from Lake and State Parks
The house was easy to find and conveniently located. Perfect house for our family, including 2 dogs. The only problem we had was the elock code was not working to open the door, I did not have cell service at the house, and we weren’t provided the Wi-Fi password prior to check in. Luckily I am very familiar with the area and where I can get cell phone reception so I drove to Walmart where I could connect to their Wi-Fi and call customer service. I was given both a new e lock code and the Wi-Fi password, which was fortunate because I still could not unlock the door and had to call customer service a second time. Unfortunately this property is managed by Vacasa and their customer service is overseas and this caused some communication problems when explaining to the agent on the phone that the keypad doesn’t have an asterisk button that they were instructing me to press. From the time I first attempted unlocking the door it was 2 hours later that I finally opened the door. Luckily the rest of our stay went smoothly and we had a great time in Deep Creek again.
