"I reserved two rooms. On booking online, a handicap room for my mother was requested, days before. Even requested in notes. Upon arrival we were put on the 3rd floor as apparently none were available on ground. Mom in a wheelchair, in a non handicap room was a struggle, but we managed. Next time, i will verify at hotel itself. "
