Both the main entrance and back entrance offer easy, step‑free access to the ground level. Vehicles can be driven right up to the front or back doors for unloading gear and accessing the mudroom + laundry area.

​BBQ Propane: A tank is provided. If it runs out, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging it.

​This is a summer cottage with limited heating - one baseboard heater and several portable heaters available in main closet entrance.

​There is no A/C, but fans are available to help keep it cool. open windows for circulation.

​Guests have full access to the entire cottage and outdoor areas, including all indoor living spaces, the kitchen, family room, both bathrooms, BBQ

​🚫 Restricted Areas: The storage in backyard is reserved for the owner and are not accessible to guests.

​🛑 House Rules:
​No parties.
​No smoking inside the cottage.
​No pets allowed.

​Maximum occupancy is 10 people per municipal by-law. Failure to comply may result in fines or penalties.
