Kind and helpful staff. We asked to be moved from a ground floor room to a higher level floor (at 10pm) and the staff member did whatever he could to make this happen. It is a small and cute hotel, very close (5 minutes) from Colgate University.

We had an overall lovely stay, the space is very cute, but probably better suited to 2-3 people rather than 5. Our only concern was finding food crumbs and a dirty baby bottle under the couch cushions, but we alerted the property manager and hope this will change for future visitors.
