Great beach house. Very comfortable and roomy. We mainly stayed for our son's wedding that was about 2 miles away. Would love to come back for a vacation. We had our dog with us. He was very comfortable there.

Great little spot

First impression was good. Clean and tidy overall. Plenty of room and furniture. The couches downstairs are overdue for a deep cleaning. Found long hairs in the bed and it's time for new pillows. Luckily I always travel with my own. Overall not a bad stay.

4th of July getaway

Great beach house not far from Cresent Beach. Plenty of room for my girlfriend and I and 4 teenage kids. Daughter's had separate rooms with bathroom connecting the 2. My son had his own private room. No issues while staying. Address for high tide house (this house), is on Holly Drive. Not Perrin Drive.

Graduation beach trip

Brought my kids and their boyfriend/girlfriend to the beach for the week to celebrate high school graduation. The host was fantastic and so were the property managers. Enjoyed our stay and it was exactly as advertised.

Lovely home close to shopping,restaurants,and the beach. The only problem we had was the neighbors next door to us. They were creeping around the property and into our guest vehicle.

Close to beach but needs better cleaning

The house provided a lot of room for multiple families staying together and the walk to the beach was not long at all. The only issue was that the property needs better cleaning in between stays and the property needs bug spray. Concerns were discussed with the reality company and addressed to the extent possible. The shared laundry room had to have the door handle broken off because we couldn't get in. So maintenance put on a new door handle with a lock but no one provided a new key....thankfully we didn't get locked out again but in the future they need to provide a key for laundry room so renters don't have to call maintenance for a locked door.

Decent sized house w/ short walk to the beach

Had a great week staying here with my family. The two living areas were nice to have when you’re staying with a big family —doesn’t feel cramped and everyone can spread out. Having the wet bar was nice too. It was our drink/snack station before we headed out to the beach! Kitchen is also well stocked. The only improvements I would suggest is the exterior and having a detailed cleaning done throughout the entire house. The smudges on the wall/doors, dust on the baseboards, and stains on the carpet can stick out to you even though the important areas are cleaned pretty well (beds, kitchen, bathrooms). Other than that it was a great place for us. The walk to the beach is short (3 blocks down the road to a public beach access) and the neighborhood had some cute houses!
