Great location overlooking the beach and pool area. Easy access to the beach, quick walk to shopping and dining. Beds were very comfortable and there are 2 full bathrooms. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space.

Great location and aminities. This was our 2nd stay in the Penthouse. We appreciated the extra beach supplies, cart, chairs, etc.The only issue was over a cooler that was missing and apparantly taken by a previous guest.

Fantastic location, top floor with direct ocean view, super clean, had everything and more that you'd ever need and walking distance to several restaurants and stores. Very comfortable beds ! Restaurants ? We loved Buoys and HOTO, both were only a few blocks away and easy walking distance.On the advice of the rental agent we checked out Chucks, great steaks ! The only thing we had issues with was gnats.Made it impossible to enjoy the balcony, which was a really big reason we rented this top floor unit, because the one time we did there was 40-50 gnats that got in despite us going in and out quickly so we didn't go out on the balcony again as we didn't want the place full of gnats.Not sure what could be done to at least minimize the number of them, if there's anything that could be done ?That's nature though, pretty sure it's beyond the ownership of the condo and not reflected in my review which is above and beyond excellent accommodations.

Great location!

Check-in was very easy. Kitchen had lots of utensils and appliances. Bedding was very comfortable and plenty of toiletries and towels. Beach chairs were available for the beach. Quiet unit nicely decorated. Great choice for three women over the age of 50.

Best views at Avista

This is our second year staying here at this condo. The views from the balcony cannot be beat! The condo is spacious and comfortable and is well stocked. The property itself has something for everyone, and we love the different pools and lazy rivers. The proximity to local attractions is also great. Walking distance (0.2 miles) to Main Street, and a short drive to Barefoot Landing. My only "negative" of the property is the parking is across the street, but I'm not complaining. We will be back next year!

The toilet ran in the master bathroom so had to be adjusted after every flush. The air conditioning was too cold and hard to adjust but we managed. We enjoyed our stay. One of us told me yesterday that she mistakenly took home the 9x13 casserole dish so we need to know how to replace that dish. The condo was clean, view is great, staff was very helpful.

Great Views & Location

Quick little spring break trip was great trip, a little hiccup but was resolved quickly. Condo is located at the top giving an great view of the ocean and pool. Pool area is perfect, the older kids could run between indoor and outdoor pools as it is all fenced in and secure. I can't wait to return for an adult only stay to use more of the other eninites that are avaible in the building!!

Great Stay

On a Friday evening I spontaneously decided to seek some Spring Break Sun therapy for my family. Flying was prohibitive, so we decided to look at Myrtle Beach. The first one I saw on VRBO was the one for Avista. What a beautiful high rise. I looked at the pics and was sold. I thought our condo was up high, but wasn’t sure. We were on the top floor. Amazing views, and everything about the condo was perfect. The owners should be commended. Thank you for providing us a wonderful week.

My family and I loved our first trip to Myrtle Beach. We loved the condo and pools plus beach access, along with a great view. I would definitely visit and stay here again. The only thing I would change would be the washer and dryer combo in the unit. I wish it would have worked better as we were always in need of clean towels, etc. Overall though, I wouldn’t let that deter me from booking again.

Softball Vacation

The condo was very nice on the top floor of the south tower. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We didn't have much time to explore the grounds due to a busy softball schedule, but the pools, hot tubs and the beach looked nice.
