Great weekend stay

We are local and wanted to have a staycation. This is our first stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and the view is amazing! The resort amenities are decent and the restaurants are good. We will definitely be booking again!

Great place for our mini vacay

Easy check in process (Fran is amazing at the front desk)! Loved having a keyless entry. The room was perfect for our needs & had a great view. My only request would be to add a lock on the inside of the door. Although I felt very safe & had NO issues; I do have a toddler that could have easily opened the door. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation

The place was great. On site management was prompt when we needed them. We were missing a shower curtain and dish towels when we arrived. They brought them right away. The place was quite and peaceful when we slept. The kitchen was supplied with what we needed. The view of the ocean was fantastic.

was a nice place. know that there will be children playing in the pool just below your balcony until 11 pm. was clean, quiet part of beach. no parking in front of tower, but there is covered parking deck. it can be a bit of a walk. Front desk was quick to respond when needed.

Couples Getaway

We loved the view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the king bed which was very comfortable. The big bath/shower was great as well. Started supplies were provided so we didn’t have to bring soap, shampoo, paper towels or toilet paper for our short stay. Sheets and towels were also provided. The location was very nice since it was near to the elevator but not so close you heard it at night. All elevators were working which is always a plus. We love the parking garage although this building is the furtherest from it. Overall, we had a great trip.

Stay

When I arrived, I notice that there were fingerprints still on the coffee table. The chair had stains on them and the floor was not swept good. The bath towels was not clean. It was tolerable to stay there, but i went to Dollar General to obtain lysol and cleaning stuff .

Sisters Trip

The staff were friendly, our condo was very clean and ready earlier than we expected. The beds were very comfortable and clean! Secured parking deck is always a plus, security checked for our wrist bands when we by the pool ( that is also a plus). My husband and I have been going to NMB since 2007 and we have only stayed at Bay Watch. This was my sixth time staying a BW. This is our go to place we will be back in the fall. I need to check for a program that gives points for returning guest. The new keypad on our door gave us a little issue getting in, but maintenance /housekeeping were able to let us in.

Weekend stay

Honestly thought it would be soo much better from the reviews, this place was so musty the hall ways the elevators. The elevators were so slow and would get packed so fast, Thank God we were on the 2nd floor because we just kept taking the stairs but being 8 months pregnant it was terrible going up and down and it being so hot. The staircase smelled like pee and the hallways to the rooms were soo dirty. I Would never stay here again.

Nice location and amenities, inconsistent pet policy

Had a nice stay with a family of 4 and our small dog. Our 5 year old loved the murphy bed, and the bedroom had plenty of room for a pack n play and a dog crate without being tight anywhere. We enjoyed staying on the 2nd floor for our pup's bathroom breaks, as we could quickly use the stairs. Indoor pools were great when it was rainy outside. Only negative was the unclear pet policy. Vrbo shows only a weight limit, but the Vacasa info we received after booking showed a large chunk of excluded dates, which covered when we'd be there. Vacasa let me add my dog to the reservation and pay the pet fee, but I was still worried we'd show up and have him turned away (which is an issue as he's on a lot of medications for heart disease and can't easily be boarded). Luckily it wasn't an issue and we saw several other dogs there as well, but it caused some unneeded stress not knowing for sure if it would be ok.

Baywatch has gone down hill

Everywhere we walked on the property we smelled marijuana. It was awful. We smelled it in our room. We smelled it at the pool. We smelled it in the hallways and elevators. There were crowds of people always hanging out in the corners of the parking lots and loading spaces. We could hardly get through every time we came on the property. There were small children yelling and screaming by the pool until 1am. We have stayed here for years but are seriously considering not coming back. It is just too chaotic and the other patrons are really shady. Our clothes and things should not smell like dope from staying at hotel that cost is $300 a night for one king bed.
