Check in process was ok accept we were not given towels for the pool/beach, which is advertised as available. Room was filthy and master bed was broken. You couldn’t even walk on the floor without your feet getting black. The smell of the room was disgusting. We notified the front desk of several issues, but they were just dismissive. The bed was fixed, but that was it. Management was never notified, even though we asked. A storm came through and water entered the condo, not through the door, but through the window. When the front desk was notified they said, “Yes, this is a known issue and here are some towels.” I explained that the problem was much bigger and management needs to be involved. Finally a shift leader spoke with us and came to view the room. She was appalled by this room and how we have been treated. She called her manager right away and that manger refused to meet with us, but would talk on the phone. Stating she was evening inconvenienced. We were moved to a new room in the morning, which was a little better, but still not great. The following morning we were met by someone banging on the door and stating that check out is at 10am. Who also later began yelling at us to get going. Unacceptable! This building is poorly managed and has very poor communication. We will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I will be contacting my attorney and looking for a full refund.
