"Our first contact was the front desk agent, Stephon. He was genuinely happy to help us. Since we were new to the area, he took all the time to answer questions and give us suggestions. He gave us a map, some pamphlets and the menu (very affordable) for the restaurant. He really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was well appointed and spacious. Rate was good. "

Wide variety of breakfast foods which were extremely tasty, (Tia, who does the cooking and helps maintain the eating area was especially accommodating, efficient, and welcoming.) We have family in the area and won’t even consider staying anywhere else in the future."

"We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. We loved grabbing a couple drinks at the bar and hanging out in the game room, it was a blast. Although we enjoyed doing our fair share of walking around town, having access to the shuttle service was such a huge benefit, that alone would make me book again. "
