Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Airport
"The ad was misleading. It said there was an airport shuffle only to discover they haven't had one in two years. It was the major reason I chose this hotel. However the taxis were waiting outside the door and it was a very short and cheap ride."

Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center
"Usually a 5 star experience, this time it's a 4. Arrived on a Friday evening, hotel was hosting a large conference. There was long lineup at the front desk, but only two check-in desks were open. At least three if not four other staff members looking at the line but not doing anything to help. The conference was not a surprise, these check-in rushes are easily anticipated. 45 minutes to check in. Also, only two of the five elevators were operational. Waits were so long and down-bound elevators were so full that guests with bagage started taking the up-bound elevators to make sure they could even get a spot on an elevator. Otherwise, comfortable stay, helpful staff."
