Gorgeous home in Nexø with kitchen
"The cabin was clean. The location was perfect. The property management company did not communicate at all even though we were there for 6 days. Be aware that you must provide all your own linens or rent them. We rented one set thinking that it would be enough for two people bc that was the reservation. ..."

"Hej, Fordi man modtager et link fra Novasol, hvor 1 af fanerne man skal folde ud for at finde afhentningsstedet, gjorde at vi missede det og troede vi enten skulle afhente via nøgleboks ved lejligheden eller i en evt. reception på stedet. Heldigvis var Nina ved Novasol rigtig sød til at hjælpe. Men ..."

"The cabin was clean. The location was perfect. The property management company did not communicate at all even though we were there for 6 days. Be aware that you must provide all your own linens or rent them. We rented one set thinking that it would be enough for two people bc that was the reservation. We got one sheet, one duvet cover, one pillow case, one large towel, one small towel and a dish towel. Cleaning fee is also not included and we had to provide other supplies like paper towels and toilet paper. Electricity fees are also extra. I messaged the Company (Novosol) right away to see if we could get another pillow case and towel. Never received a response. They sent a link for the amenities upon our arrival but we were unable to open it. I asked if they could copy and paste the information to a email but they simply re-sent the same link. We made do with using a tee-shirt for a pillow cover and we shared towels. We loved the location and the cabin had a well equipped kitchen and was very cozy but the lack of communication and extra charges were a big disappointment. Novosol seems to have a monopoly on the vacation rentals on the island so no wonder they don’t care about customer service."
