My husband & I checked in to see notes everywhere saying how clean the place was, only to lift a blanket and open the freezer to find that very little outside of the linens and counters had been cleaned. We asked for a sponge/washcloth for the sink & were told they don't provide them. I ended up using a bath washcloth only after asking for those (they weren't originally there either.) 4 days later, I couldn't figure out why I was coughing at night and lifted the king mattress to find mold all over the boxspring. Thankfully, they replaced it quickly, but the communication from Vacasa/SeaBreeze was spotty & their staff kept knocking as they walked into our space - even when we were there. We asked multiple times to be notified because we have a dog (and we're on vacation...) but they said there wasn't anything they could do. I've tried multiple times to reach out to a manager to discuss this before reporting it, but walking into our rental without prior notice - that was the final straw. No call from the management, and I ended up spending a ton of money only to be sick, foggy, and frustrated. Never again.
