I arrived before check-in time and was told I had to pay an additional $150 just to access my room early. On top of that, there is a $34.95 per night resort fee though I’m still unclear what qualifies this property as a “resort.” There was also a $309.82 hold placed on my card that has yet to be credited back, even after I called about it. The restaurant/bar food was disappointing and not worth the price. Overall, this stay felt extremely overpriced for what was offered. The only positives were that the room was clean and the doormen were very pleasant and professional. Aside from that, I would not recommend staying here.

Front desk service felt rushed due to a full lobby. The room was clean, updated, and nice. On day 2 we found the fridge didn’t work and there was no microwave, which was disappointing. The room was also smaller than expected. Overall, nice but with a few inconveniences

Room was small, but the view was amazing. To be fair, all rooms in New York City Times Square area are small unless you pay a small fortune and ransom a child for it lol. The staff was also great.
