Very disappointing

2 days prior to check-in, i received 4 emails about early checkin. When arrived at premise, they proposed a room on10th fl beneath the night club. When we preferred a room away from the club, they made us wait almost 2 hours. Even after waiting, we got the room on the 10th fl. where we could not sleep due to the noise until almost 3am. Upon our check out, requested for a taxi. We ended up getting scammed where the driver asked cash only ultimately taking our charge card and charged us $55 rather than $38 which we paid from Penn station to Moxy on Saturday. We have been a frequent users of Moxy for the past 5 years and this was the worst, unfortunately.

I really enjoyed my stay wasn’t to happy with the continental breakfast didn’t think it was worth paying 20.00 for. I really want my money back for that. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Great all around. Good amenities and location. Beautiful hotel. It is better to stay during the week, if you have kids with you. It is for 20-something’s from Thursday night through Sunday morning.

Worst hotel inventory ever been to, first what they called complimentary breakfast consisted of apple, granola bars and yogurt. no actual nutrition or real food. Rooms are small and I asked many times for toothbrushes, they said it was coming to our room, never came.

The rooms were small but okay. The location is good. The rooms needed more outlets to charge phones, watches and other devices. We couldn’t find an outlet near the bed to plug in a CPAP machine.
