Not as advertised. Stuck in elevator for over 25 minutes. No apologies. Just many things blamed to me that I "probably had done wrong. The entrance into lobby are took much maneuvering to get Taxi/Lyft in. Extremley over priced. Do not stay here.

Its clean but the way the t.v. is position its not right. Plus the doors that lead to the balcony were locked. Staff didn't explain how to turn on the room electricity, your key must remain within a slot in order to operate anything in the room.

We stayed in New York City for three nights at a four star hotel. American Airlines canceled our flight last minute due to whether and did not cover a hotel. We decided that we would stay closer to Laguardia so we could get the first flight out next morning. This hotel was a great price and good value for our money. When we got there, it was fantastic. Hassan at the front desk was so accommodating and wonderful. And he was there when we checked out at 3:30 in the morning as well. Next time I go to New York City and need to just go in and out of the city for a couple of meetings. I will be staying at this hotel. It is the cleanest hotel. I have been at in a while for that Price.
