Front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I think I’ve ever had. We booked here because it was last minute and getting a room in Manhattan was impossible without spending a crazy amount of money. Now I think I’d definitely go there again. Super easy to get down into the city. Easy to get to from outside of the city. Super close to the zoo and Botanical Gardens. Great experience all in all.

Overall good stay, but limited dining options requires using delivery services or car services for lunch and dinner. The free hot breakfast and all day coffee is a plus. Major negative is their WiFi for streaming services has been down for weeks and it doesn't seem to be priority for the ownership.

Some of the staff were very kind, but others not friendly at all. The rooms and hallways were cold, and the heating barely worked. The place smelled great though, really nice and clean. It was hard to rest because loud noise and music from other rooms could be heard all night. Also, the deposit refund takes about a month, which is way too long.

The staff were so polite. The young lady that checked us in made sure we had everything we needed. Hot chocolate included!! The young man in the morning was super helpful, offering advice on where to get the best Jamaican beef patty. Y’all made our stay that much better. Thank you so very much for your kindness.

Great place! This hotel is affordable and absolutely a great place to stay while in New York. Even if you are already in NY, like me, the amenities are countless! Neat and tidy rooms, breakfast is ready at 6:30, friendly atmosphere and more! I enjoy a one day extended stay and didn’t want to leave! It is the place to be, while in NYC!
