The property did not have small wash towels. Not enough towels in the room. Hotel was in a relative clean condition, although pretty used. The hotel charged me TWICE for the incidentals which raised concerns with my bank. My bank indicated that is a common practice when hotels are involved in money laundering. The bank submitted a suspicion transaction report to the investigators. (I don't want to be involved in any financial activities as per the banks advice)

I stayed at this hotel for one day, and unfortunately, my experience with the valet service was extremely disappointing. There was only one person handling all the cars, which resulted in a significant delay — it felt like it took forever to retrieve my vehicle. Ultimately, I had to catch an Uber because they couldn’t get my car in time, and I was already running late. I ended up leaving my car at the hotel overnight because they were unable to bring it out when I needed it. Additionally, I never received the welcome message or text needed to access the app to request my car, which added to the frustration. To make matters worse, the valet staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. This experience was unacceptable and left a very negative impression of the hotel’s service.

20 minute wait for the elevator. Rooms are tiny. Onsite hotel restaurant includes a mandatory service fee that equals 20% of the bill and there is still another line requesting gratuity FOH. Plan about an hour to get your car from valet after checking out.
