Condo was in an excellent location. Very quiet at the condo, did not hear any other tenants. View was outstanding. The only issue we had was the sliding doors to balcony stuck, hard to open/close. The TV's were hard to operate, don't even think the cable was hooked up to them. Breaker in bath off main bedroom, blew, no way to reset it, even after owner gave code to breaker box. All in all, owners were very good, would stay again.

Great Place, a Few Minor Nits

Really nice property with some minor issues. Great location within walking distance of Flagler Ave. Very spacious with nice bathroom. Spectacular view of the beach. The kitchen is functional, but the appliances left a little to be desired. When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned; but that was quickly remedied.

Perfect Family Condo

We had an amazing family beach vacation. The condo is well-equipped, comfy and very spacious. It’s located on the drive-on strip of NSB, but the beach was never crowded in our particular area. Property management was very quick in responding to a couple of questions I had after we arrived. One thing I wish the listing would show more prominently (ie. Bold, all caps, italicized) is that the community pool is currently CLOSED. It mentioned in the property description, but hidden amongst other details. I didn’t realize the pool was closed until after I booked the property, which was a bummer. Overall, it’s a great property and it will be perfect once the pool is reopened!

Wonderful Stay in Wonderful Location!

Our family had a fantastic stay in this lovely beach condo! The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. There was a housekeeping issue identified on the first day and the owner went above and beyond to address this issue and remained in ongoing communication to make sure everything was great with the condo. This location was close enough for our teenagers to be with friends closer to Flagler and far enough for us parents to not feel like we were in the middle of the busiest area of the beach. Incredible view from the balcony with some of the most comfortable outdoor chairs we have ever enjoyed....perfect for relaxing in the evening in the shade with a drink! With teenagers driving, it was helpful to have ample parking and we really enjoyed the cozy nautical decor on the living and kitchen areas where we spent most of our time when not on the balcony or beach. Look forward to returning and highly recommend!

Relaxing

The condo was more than we expected. The balcony view overlooking the ocean can’t be beat. The location is great. Everything you need is less than 10 minutes away. This condo has now become our yearly vacation spot!

Good stay but

The unit is very nice and well furnished. Unfortunately there was issue that really disappointed us. The pool at the condo was closed and we were not aware of that until we arrived. I looked again at the listing and a pool was not listed; that said we knew there was a pool at the condo. It seems disingenuous that the listing did not disclose that the pool was closed. We would not have chosen this listing had we known that.

Amazing condo

We had an amazing time! The best porch ever, super comfy beds, soft towels, and just felt like home! They even provided little Kcups of coffee and complimentary bath essentials. I loved the washer and dryer, throw blankets and amazing shower! Just spectacular! I would recommend this condo to anyone with a family or just needing a get away.

Loved it. We would stay again.

Everything was wonderful. I suggest bringing your own pillows. Pillows in master were pretty much useless. Loved the quietness of the complex. Only 10 units. Met a few permanent residents and they were super friendly. Feels like you have the whole place to yourself.

Condo is super nice and clean.

While not luxurious, the condo is very nice. Wonderful view of ocean and ample space for sleeping 6. Items to note: The condo itself does not have beach access but utlizes the public Access right next to it. For us this did not matter as the walking distance is neglible. Pool is not heated and no hot tub. It is a driving beach so MORE caution needed with little ones. Lastly, there were no manufacturer TV remotes, so access to smart function such as Netflix and settings were not available. Especially problematic if you kid brought XBox as it could not be set up to display. Overall a great place

New Smyrna Trip

Nice location and property. 2nd bedroom is bunk bed. Perfect place for young couple with small children. Furniture is not real comfortable. Nice king bed though. Front door alarm difficult to set and no instructions - very annoying. Washing machine loud. Nice parking and access to nice beach. Nice kitchen appliances. We overall enjoyed our stay.

Love New Smyrna Beach

We have stayed in this condo building for 30 years because we have friends that own a place there. This year we decided to take two weeks, which is too long to stay with friends, and rented our own place. Worked out perfect each couple having their own space but enjoyed eating together and hanging out for two weeks. Such a great place and the morning sunrises were incredible.

misleading

It says walk to Flagler Ave in title which could be done but it’s 1 1/2 miles so about a 30 minute walk there & back. That’s more like a hike. The photos show a fireplace in living room & in the details calls it decorative which I didn’t notice. It should be made more obvious it’s inoperable as there is a big sign saying so on fireplace but it’s not in photos. Since it’s winter I was looking forward to using it as we had cold weather. We had problems accessing gate code as combo changed & we weren’t notified. Arrived on Xmas day & could not connect with rep, owners or manager so my daughter had to climb over large gate which my husband & I couldn’t do. Otherwise it was clean & had most essentials.

First time customer

Check in was a breeze considering you are sent the information (door and gate codes and arrival and departure times) prior to arrival. No front desk, just the complex. Just pull in, unload and go straight to the room. The only issues we had were: the wind was fierce that week and we found that the sliding doors to the balcony are obviously not sealed properly so there was a draft which caused a lot of howling all night long. The inside blinds on those sliding doors don’t come down, so I didn’t like that we didn’t have that privacy at night, but being on the 5th floor, and given the serenity of the area, not being so heavily populated, it didn’t seem too bad. If need be, there were what appeared to be automatic storm blinds that we could put down by push-button. The washer will sound like it’s falling to pieces. I would not recommend doing laundry at night as it will definitely keep everyone awake. The convection feature doesn’t work on the oven. The first time we ran the dishwasher, the detergent flap didn’t open so beware *if* you use the dishwasher it may or may not require two washes. The second wash was fine. Maybe the third as well. (A family of 5 goes through the dishes!) The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were not (to us). They look fluffy, but they’re the feathery down type- and go very flat. I’d suggest bringing your own if possible. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. And there were some condiments and basics kindly left in the fridge/pantry. There is an iron and ironing board. And the residents that live there on level 1 are super nice. They help us with the faulty pool side gate. (FYI- “C-code-X”) The condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach, and we LOVED that you could see the ocean from the pool!! Major plus. The management was very sweet and accommodating by keeping us posted on updates and even letting us come a few hours early on our arrival day, and I’m sure anything else we would have needed they would have done their best to help. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming again someday. :)

Beautiful Beach Refuge... Magical Getaway

This was a beautiful beach refuge as we celebrated our Anniversary here. Not only did we enjoy gorgeous beach front views and quick access to the ocean, this was a magical getaway with superb service by the owner and beautiful finishings inside! Stunning views from the patio! Very comfortable bed in master suite! Very useful kitchen with all we needed. Washer and dryer were a wonderful convenience. All the conveniences of home and beach that felt almost private. We will be back!!! Truly a MAGICAL getaway!!!
