We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean (especially for being on the beach), the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. It had just about everything we could possibly need. Since we visited during the winter, the beach was beautiful and peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for. We spent so much time just relaxing on the balconies and watching the waves.A huge plus for us was the elevator, which was perfect for our senior dog. We really appreciated that the home was so dog-friendly. The location is excellent and close enough to restaurants and Publix for convenience, but far enough away to remain quiet. We took many late-night walks with our pup and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Amy and Dave were super kind and helpful hosts. The only thing we missed was a main table where we could all sit together to eat, talk, or play games, as there was only bar seating inside. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we'd for sure visit again!

Best NSB Vacation So Far

We have family in the area so we vacation in New Smyrna Beach in an oceanfront home a few times a year. This was the best place we have ever rented. We loved the north end location that was walkable to Flagler Avenue but still located away from the busyness and traffic - even with all the Memorial Day weekend activity. The layout of the house was great with the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and living area and kitchen on the 3rd floor. The elevator was super helpful when loading and unloading our luggage and groceries. We spent a lot of time on the 3rd floor porch which sits high above the dunes so you can enjoy the view. We saw 2 rocket launches when we were there as well as many dolphins, boats and surfers. We hope to be able to stay there again for our next trip to NSB.

Treat Yourselves and Rent this House!

From the second we got out of the elevator, we were blown away. The views are incredible and the house is so unique. We felt like we were on a huge yacht because it is so close to the ocean it appears is though you are literally in the water during high tide. It is super clean and all the finishes are high end. We loved the kitchen and luxury appliances - especially the built-in coffee maker. My husband is a chef and loves to cook for our guests, so he was in heaven with everything in the kitchen. We served cocktails at the bar overlooking the ocean every night and grilled out downstairs on the patio a few times. The beds were super comfy as well. The master has electronic blinds and a pop up tv from the foot of the bed. IT was amazing to wake up and push a button to see the ocean from our bed. Natasja is the property manager and she was wonderful and very communicative. This was a perfect vacation - we could walk everywhere!! We booked again and hated to leave, but hey, back to reality...

Extraordinary Home!!!

This house is breathtaking! It is like nothing else we've ever stayed in. You can literally see miles up and down the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The house is extremely clean and the appliances all very high end. The kitchen has everything you can think of with 3 regeneration systems and a built-in coffee maker for yummy lattes or various types of coffees in the morning watching the sunrise. It is beautifully decorated and gives you a very big high end oceanfront feeling of luxury. Everything is so comfortable from the beds to the beach towels. It is very organized with everything you need for your beach get away. The elevator is a great luxury and makes it so easy to get luggage and groceries upstairs! The property manager was wonderful and communication was great from start to finish! This is the best location too because you are far enough away from noisy crowds, yet you can easily take a 5 min walk to Flagler avenue. You will not be sorry you stayed here - it is truly one of a kind and we will be back!

Absolutely Stunning Property!

This home is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in on the beach! It is immaculately clean and all contents are high quality. Natasja was a great host and offered us white glove service. Everything was so comfortable and the kitchen is so well-appointed, we ate in almost every night. We really hated to leave and already booked for next year!

Nighmare

Do not stay here mold in the refig, freezer and built-in coffee machine. Built up dirt, second bedroom door broken. Can not open master bedroom windows. Owner took tool to open. I was told owner did not want the salt air in the bedroom. Are you kidding me I rented your house on the ocean for just that to enjoy the Ocean air! Could be a beautiful home but needs to be deep cleaned, upstairs area rugs changed out, they are shredding on everything and are very dirty. We didn't use the kitchen because of the mold and dirt in the kitchen. Also fan in guest room not safe parts came flying off. I do not usually write a bad review. My mom always said if you don't have something nice to say say nothing at all, but I would hate to see anyone else waste their money on this home. When I sent them pictures and proved all these things I was given my cleaning deposit back. For what they are charging for this house I felt that was an insult. The home should have never been rented in this shape.There are other things wrong I can list but let me just leave you with rent the house down the block. There are many to choose from and don't cost as much.

Best View in NSB on VRBO

We have stayed in just about every property in NSB on VRBO that allows pets. This was by far the best location AND the best view from the decks. We actually toured a condo at Minorca during the week.

Fun and interesting 2 bedroom house

This house is ideally located with beach access and close to shopping and restaurants without driving. The first floor lanai makes using the beach a dream. It is an interesting house and would be very comfortable for 2 couples plus 2 children. It is definitely not a 3 bedroom house as what is called the third bedroom is the elevator foyer and has no window. Not only is this legally not a room but it is disconcertingly dark when the door is closed. It is a 2 bedroom house that can sleep 7 with couch surfing. The kitchen is fabulous and the equipment wonderful; so if you like to cook you'll be in heaven. Oddly there is no way to sit around a table and have a leisurely meal, but bar dining can be fun.

Amazing location with beach and sunrise views

Poseidon's Palace is in a fantastic location, beautiful views, just a half mile walk to Flagler, it was well equipped, clean and had everything needed for a stay. The property management company was very responsive (helped us get the guest shower working and the door lock fixed on the first day within 30 mins of our call and on a weekend!). The only downside for out stay (31st May - 15th Jun 2024) was that for a premium priced property, there is an expectation of everything being first rate, but there were multiple bulbs out in pretty much every room of the building, the outside door handle on the bedroom door to the veranda of the master bedroom was missing (so we couldn't use that), the fan in the guest bathroom didn't work and there was a major building project going on next door (the builders were very courteous, but obviously it was very unsightly and at times noisy). Also, despite the listing saying bikes were available, and even showing a picture of a couple of bikes, there were no bikes available which was hugely disappointing for out 11 yr old boys who we had talked about riding up the beach, and to the waffle house, so we ended up having to rent bikes. Other than that, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Cool beach house

The place is designed for peopl who Love playing on the beach because the ground level has everything you need including a warm outdoor shower to wash the sand off and large storage area for your beach toys and fishing gear and coolers, chairs, etc. The elevator was fantastic for unloading groceries and suitcases! The views from the top floor and balcony were incredible and the ones from the master bedroom and balcony were fantastic as well. Great sunrises and perfect lighting for sunset photos on those balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with good knives and equipment. The two smaller rooms are very small for my adult kids + spouse. One of the rooms is only large enough for a trundle. That didn’t keep us from loving our stay because we loved the whole vibe of the tridecagon home!

Beautiful beach home!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation! It was just a few steps from the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean! We saw both turtles and dolphins from our balcony. Communication with the property manager was super responsive. The property itself was clean, well maintained, and stocked with all sorts of beach goodies. The kitchen was unbelievable and would be perfect for hosting guests! We would definitely come back again!

Beautiful

It was amazing, the house was beautiful, we couldn’t have been happier. Waking up and looking over the ocean watching the dolphins was my favorite part. We had an issue with the elevator, the property manager was right there to assist getting it figured out. (my kids was the problem, lol) We would love to book it again in the future.

Magical Stay

This property was even better than we thought it would be. The pictures just don't do it justice. The home has beautiful interiors with many amenities and the ocean view cannot be beat! We loved how we could hang out on the deck that's just off the kitchen and main living area and see the sights: ocean, sand, and sea turtles. We would most certainly come back for another stay. Highly recommend!
