Staff was fantastic, room was serviced daily with new bedding and towels. Our room in particular was mostly quiet even with the wild street noise. We were located on the courtyard parking garage side. I would imagine the street side rooms were loud, but that is to be expected with a bourbon street hotel. The location was conveniently located to everything in the French Quarter. The pool was nice. No complaints with the 8 day stay, would stay again.

The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! It's no surprise that Bourbon Street is loud, so it was really great that the room had a white noise machine and earplugs on the nightstand. I loved that the location was perfect for a great night out in the French Quarter.

Very noisy but we knew that staying on Bourbon street. Wonderful experience. Didn’t dine at the hotel nor drink at hotel bar. Staff are friendly and it’s clean and beds are very comfortable!

We were here last week and stayed for 5 nights. This was by far the best staff I have ever encountered on vacation. They were friendly from the time I walked through the door to the time we left to come home. The room was so quaint, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We stayed in a courtyard balcony room and I would highly recommend this. We did not hear any noise from Bourbon street on this side of the hotel. Speaking of Bourbon street you literally step out the front door to a load of entertainment, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. So if you are looking for a central location to all of Bourbon St. and close to other areas, this is the place. We unfortunately had a security incident outside of the hotel, that had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but when we brought the issue to the security team to be on the lookout for the individual, not only did they make sure to alert the entire team, they had us send them pictures to circulate to the entire staff. The head of security also called the next day to make sure that we knew they took our concerns seriously and asked if there was anything additional they could do to make us more comfortable, and followed up again after our stay had ended. You cannot beat that kind of care and service. I would 10/10 recommend this venue and this will be where I book the next time we come out for vacation. It was worth every penny! Additionally the AC worked great, there was parking even though we did not utilize this.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. It was amazing how well the hotel kept the noise out but we stayed courtyard side. There was strong free coffee early in the morning and the restaurant breakfast was very good. The pool area was small but clean and very pleasant.

The staff were amazing and extremely nice. I was initially worried noise would be too loud as it’s right on Bourbon, but if you get a room facing the courtyard is very quiet. Loved my stay there.
