There’s no parking unless you valet for $40 a day. The rooms are subpar and I didn’t even shower because the bathroom looked old, dirty and small.

We got off the cruise ship at around 10am, exhausted and still pretty druunk. We tried to check-in and had troubles finding my booking but they were eager enough to help find it! Everyone was so friendly! while I understand we couldn't get checked in before 4pm, they let us store our luggages safely so we can atleast look around and have lunch while waiting for our and they actually called us before 1pm saying our room is ready we can check-in early free of charge! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WILL BE COMING BACK! The hotel is so close to everything! If it wasn't about to snow and super cold, we would've been out and about! We were there from Jan 19th-20th. I forgot the names of the front desk but I hope they see this, they're one of the best and friendliest front desk we've ever dealt with. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The only positive about the property was how close it was to Bourbon St. and the French Quarter. The pillows were horrible, the shower door leaked causing the floor to get soaked each time we showered (the floor/wall was even rotten outside of the shower), and the lobby stayed noisy. When I called down to have my car pulled out, it was difficult to get someone to answer and when someone did answer it would take 15-30 minutes to get my car. My car stayed parked on the side of the busy street for hours before it was parked in the garage. I would not stay here again.
