The reception team were always so helpful, assisting us with restaurant recommendations and arranging our laundry seamlessly. On the morning of our departure, they kindly prepared breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. A huge thank you to Renata for surprising us with an upgraded room with a beautiful ocean view — waking up to that view each day was simply amazing and made our stay even more special. I also have to mention the fantastic breakfast team. They freshly prepare your eggs exactly to your preference, and the quality and variety of options available each morning were excellent. Everything about the hotel was amazing, and I can’t forget the wonderful housekeeping team who kept everything spotless. I could go on all day! We will definitely be returning. "Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated well. So true. The reservations they made yielded incredible service and generous extras. Breakfast was wonderful and served in the beautiful courtyard. The biggest challenge was noisy neighbors but the windows were soundproof so we slept well. "
