Great location on the sound. The pool and dock are well kept and very enjoyable. The free beach service is a great perk,too.The view from the condo deck is beautiful, as is the interior of the home. We plan to visit again!
Day or night,the views from the dock are wonderful. Good fishing too!

Love the location of this condo. The kitchen is large and great for large families to cook in. It had 2 sinks! The pool is great. It’s never crowded and the guys looked the do k for fishing. The kids has a great time catching crabs at night by the dock. We have stayed here several times and love this place

Perfect Week

This property is perfect for a family or small group. A short walk to the beach combined with the pool and bay being in the backyard make the location ideal for everyone. The complimentary beach chairs and included bicycles are just 2 of the great perks! We would definitely stay here again!

Worth for price to rent.

This charming 3-bedroom property is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to beautiful beaches. The updated kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. The spacious living room features hardwood floors and large windows, providing lots of natural light. The backyard is perfect for entertaining with a patio. While the bathrooms could benefit from a minor refresh, overall this home offers excellent and a comfortable living space.

Absolute Heaven

We had the best vacation here. Within walking distance to public access to the ocean and right on the sound. The house was gorgeous and my kids loved having bicycles and paddleboards available. Highly recommend.

Very clean. The only issue we had with check-in was the unit number wasn't listed ANYWHERE in the app the company had us using after we booked. It was included in the orig listing- but we never went back to that after we booked. . House is gorg!!

Family fun

I would’ve given this unit 5 stars but we found a dirty sock where the pans were located, the bikes had flats ( tried using the pump but didn’t work) and one chain was off and we couldn’t get it fixed. So that was a bummer not to use the bikes. Couch had sand in the creases so that wasn’t pleasant. Everything else was excellent

We come to Navarre twice a year and this was our first time staying here. We loved it. The private pier is perfect for fishing and the little game room is enjoyable for rainy days. There were a few minor issues, but we will definetly be booking this house for our future stays!

Fantastic property with high end finishes.

The property was fantastic and host was very accommodating. The unit had extremely high end finishes and it was well maintained. The beach is a little far with small children and supplies but manageable.

Nice property

Townhouse was nice and really enjoyed the master bedroom shower. Overall, the property was nice, but there were some issues. The garage door was broke which made parking in the garage difficult so we chose to park in the driveway and parking lot.This was mainly an issue because the parking lot flooded and was flooded for three days so we had to wade through ankle deep water just to get to our car. We did report this issue, but nobody came out to look at it. Also, the hot water kept going in and out. My husband had to go downstairs and turn off the breaker. We also reported this issue, but nobody came out to fix it. There were some other minor details, like lightbulbs that were out, only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no extra garbage bags for the kitchen and absolutely no staples in the kitchen. I have stayed at many properties and there’s usually at least 1 extra garbage bag in the kitchen, some extra toilet paper and a few staples in the kitchen like salt and pepper. again, these are not huge issues but little things like this just make for a much nicer stay.

2024 Girls Trip

We never received the street address to locate the condo. Condo was hot upon arrival. Thermostat was set at 76 degrees. Lowered thermostat & left to go eat. Came back about 2.5 hrs later to find temp was set back to 76. Thermostat scheduled settings need to be lowered to a cooler temperature. We also had no hot water. Had to call Scenic Stays to report problems. Maintenance arrived the next morning. Looking at other reviews you can see this is an ongoing problem. Halfway through our stay, we found water steadily dripping from the light fixture in the entryway. Scenic Stays was contacted again & maintenance found the AC drain clogged. After this the AC worked much better. The deck would have been nicer if an umbrella had been provided for the table for shade. There are 14 steps to climb to the main level and another 13 steps to the master suite. Take note if you have problems climbing stairs. In the master bath one of the light fixtures over the vanity did not work causing it to be dark. Maintenance could not fix while we were there. Beautiful large & functional kitchen well equipped with the exception of a hand mixer. Main floor bathroom is where washer & dryer are located directly across from the vanity causing a very tight space. We suggest the bifold doors be removed for ease of use. House number is hard to see at night. All beds were comfortable & the master suite is beautiful. We were very pleased to find this condo was very clean & spacious.

One of the best air-bnbs I have stayed in. Modern house with fully equipped kitchen and classy interior. The area has a pool, sea view from the deck, walking distance to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Overall Good Experience

The location and size of rental definitely makes this property worth staying at. My family enjoyed spending time at the rental playing games, pingpong and eating meals in the large kitchen. My only complaint is that there was several utensils that clearly were not cleaned for our arrival. Like egg still caked to a spatula in the drawer. Other than running a load in the dishwasher our first night, I enjoyed the stay.

We loved this place! The only negative would be that everything is up at least one flight of stairs and parking was a tad tight. The kitchen, beds, and master bathroom/closet were amazing!! They had plenty of games. The pier was really cool and the sand area was perfect for kiddos. We went in November and there was hardly anyone on the beach which was either a short walk or we drove over. There’s a marine park and playground close by perfect for kids.
