Chair in room was disgustingly dirty. Food, grease, and grime all over the cushion and armrests. The $100 deposit they say you will get back after check-out never happens. They end up keeping $33.00 for "parking" yet never mention that. The heater did not work in the room and sounded like an airplane when running. It smelled like smoke in the room if you turned the AC on. Not in the greatest of areas either.

I had stayed in a Ramada hotel in a different city and the experience was almost perfect. Clean bed, bathroom, floor and a good satisfying breakfast so I said I will go to a Ramada next time I book. This one was the complete opposite, not worth the price. Uncomfortable bedding, unclean wooden floor, no soap in the showers and no breakfast.

Our stay was fantastic. Staff is so helpful and accomodating. They really go above and beyond with customer service, always to ensure that you, the guest, is happy. The only thing that was of minor inconvenience was the shower head didn't work, but maintenance fixed it right away and also the a/c and heat didn't work.

First room was not done. Missing shower faucet, bed was incomplete. Not sure if they were renovating . They accommodated to another room. Didn’t stay the second night.

Reggie at the front desk was friendly and quick checking us in. He treated us as if we were VIP. The room was clean and had everything you could need for a stay (fast internet, microwave, fridge, TV with decent channels). The water pressure was great, too, if you care about that. Lots of places to walk to eat around the property. The only thing I hope improves in the future if possible is that the door and windows were sturdier. We stayed at the top floor and it was windy, so the door and windows shook throughout the night, so it was a bit noisy. Overall, I had a relaxing and comfortable stay and will recommend to my friends and family!

The room I stayed in had several worn out items. Curtains were disintegrating from age. Armoire was broken, entrance door to the room stuck, and you could see through the sides giving a feeling of not very secure. The US Flag outside was torn and faded also.
