Little things that should matter

Overall it was ok. Room was clean, ac worked but there was no remote for tv. We had to get a replacement from office, which wasn't even programmed when we tried it, so no tv for the night. Also, the fridge wasn't cooling even though it was set at coolest. Our only concern was that one of the back doors through where we could enter the hotel at the back side entrance didn't seem to lock. Oh, and we did receive one towel that appeared to have a red blood stain on it.

Stay was nice except for a room key that failed to work after 24 hours on a two day stay. Front desk would reset it, but that reset was only good for the first door unlock. After that, it would fail again.

Do not book the roach coach because

The motel is run down . The tv didn’t work and when asked for assistance the first time I was told to try another outlet . The following morning I asked for assistance with the tv it was shrugged off . When I arrived back the tv was still not working and the gentleman at the front desk came up to check and got the picture to show but it was no sound . I will never book this motel ever again .

The room was clean and neat. The hallway always smelled like weed; the stairs were not vacuumed over the 3 days I was there as the same grass/leaves etc stayed the whole time. The door to come in has a card reader for security however the door was broken, and you could just pull it open.
