Beautiful area

Me and my family come to vacation on Myrtle Beach the year this was our first time staying at Roxanne towers I was overall very impressed with the location and with the swimming pools the cleanliness was not that great but hey it's really hard to get sand out of everywhere staff was friendly and always ready to answer any questions that we may have and my family loved it there we hope to stay again next year

Perfect location

My family and I had the best time on vacation. The condo is right on the beach and you seriously cannot beat the views! Falling asleep at night listening to the waves was amazing. It had everything we needed as a family of six. The boardwalk is right there. It is the perfect setup and location for a family to enjoy everything the beach has to offer. It was perfect!

Pros: the condo was VERY cleanCons: the condo is old and dingy.The very worst part is the the master suite king bed was very visibly sunken in the middle and INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE! By the 3rd night I woke up with a terrible neck pain! A smoke detector was hanging off the wall in the master bedroomThe tub in the master bad took forever to drain. Some light switches didn’t work properly especially the secondary bathroom. The fridge freezer also leaked into the bottom of the fridge and I had to clean that up twice in my 5 night stay. I give this a 2 bc it was incredibly clean otherwise it would be a 1.5.

Great location but not much else

Great location. Not much else. Place is in major need of some updates! Master bath is fine but cabinets and hairdryer need to go. Bed mattress VISIBLY sags toward the center. Needs to be replaced. Bedding not comfortable at all. Towels were the thinnest and smallest I’ve ever seen. It just seems like every corner was cut in furnishing. But the location is great. So if you aren’t planning to be in the unit much, it will be fine.

Great week in a wonderful spot

My wife and I stayed with my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and niece for the week. We enjoyed the on-site pools and easy beach access. The balcony offered a great view of the ocean and the soothing sound of crashing surf. It was nice having a washer/dryer for wet bathing suits and towels. Parking is a bit limited on the lot, but there is additional parking just across the road; and there is easy access to all of MB's attractions and restaurants from this central location.

Great view!

The property is pretty run down but a great price with a gorgeous view. Fairly stocked kitchen which was nice. We really missed having a washing machine. Towels and swimsuits get pretty dirty at the beach. Overall, a decent place to stay if you are on a tight budget. Only other problem was the pool and hot tub did not have bathroom access so I can’t imagine people were not peeing in it which was gross.

Great location!

This property was in the perfect location for our 3-generation girls trip! We enjoyed the views of the ocean, dolphins and the moon at night. It was a great location which allotted easy travel to/from the airport, CCU, the sports complex and more. The only downside was that the unit itself was not clean, it was in need for new towels and linens, and the kitchen was bare-bones. I guess we got our money’s worth.

Great location. Short of items.

Great location. However as others have stated there are major shortages in the kitchen & very old, tired appliances struggling to stay functional. No juice or drinking glasses, only 1 teaspoon?, no egg flipper (I bought one for you), no scrubber or sponge for washing dishes & one rusty large frying pan. Dishwasher struggles.It would also be good to have something to explain the complex tv systems of which the 3 all contain varying apps, or consider providing the tv code so renters can add an app to the tv. (Apps available in the master are not available on the other 2 vs. The local tv guide displayed on the desk doesn’t seem to reference any actual stations that apply to the Roku tv (without an antenna).Overall, OK for the price but be sure to bring all your expected kitchen needs. (First rental I’ve ever had that didn’t have a couple of coffee filters for starters).

Great location!

Our stay in Myrtle Beach was great. The condo was clean and in the perfect location. We traveled with teenagers, so they were close to all of the action. In your paperwork, please read the information closely. As they state- this is a private owned condo. The staff at the front desk always asked what our condo # was before they would even interact with us. Even the simplest of questions, they will refuse to answer or help with and can be a little rude. The actual management company for the condo was nice and prompt with any concerns or questions. The beds were comfortable, the view was perfect, but bring your own kitchen essentials as their products are limited.

Girls' Road Trip

A group of us ladies hit the road for this trip and let me tell you... We had a fantastic time! There were no inconvenient surprises and we could not have asked for a better view. Every communication with the manager was addressed promptly and with kindness. The property was clean and well stocked. The amenities in the condo were a pleasant surprise. Myrtle Beach vacation

It was great. Amazing ocean view. The balcony had nice high chairs and were at a perfect height to see and still hear the waves. Lazy river was nice and consistently warm. Hot tub was good as always. Good location at the start of the boardwalk as well.

Great Stay, More Kitchen necessities

We had a very smooth stay and the property managers were great to deal with! Location is amazing. The ice maker in the freezer was key! Only main complaint is to provide more necessities in the kitchen (oven mitts, wine glasses, flipper, pans falling apart, dish scrubby). Overall a beautiful oceanfront condo.
