Limpio y crujiente frente al mar 2 dormitorios / 2 baños;

Nueva alfombra, pisos nuevos, recién pintados y todos los nuevos muebles de moda del nuevo propietario. Vistas del balcón tan al este como se puede ver con entrada al balcón también desde el dormitorio principal. El área de estar incluye muchos asientos junto con un área de comedor para seis. Hay un televisor en cada habitación y el principal viene con una cama king y el segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama doble y una cama individual. El maestro tiene su propio baño privado. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Se incluye en el alquiler (oferta) una limpieza única después del alquiler y un paquete de ropa de cama que incluye: camas hechas con suministro de ropa de cama (sábana ajustable y sábana encimera para cada cama y sofá cama) Toallas (6 toallas, 3 toallas de mano, 4 paños y paños de cocina): jabón en barra, jabón de manos suministrado junto con bolsas de basura, papel higiénico y detergente para lavavajillas.

La cocina está completamente equipada con platos, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina y, por supuesto, todos los electrodomésticos cotidianos.

Somos un rascacielos más pequeño; Sí, solo 6 condominios por piso. No hay que esperar mucho el ascensor. No corras por la mañana para guardar tus tumbonas en la piscina. Estos problemas nunca son un problema en nuestro edificio, ya que tenemos muchas sillas de piscina y excelentes ascensores. Ah, y no hay malas ubicaciones en este edificio, ya que todas están frente al mar.

La cancha de tenis está disponible la mayor parte del tiempo, pero si no, puede reservarla.
¡Nuestra puerta trasera está a solo 25 yardas de la playa! Amplio estacionamiento con espacios cerca de la entrada. Carros de botones junto a la puerta principal para ayudarlo a subir y bajar su equipaje.

La sección Arcadian Shores está justo entre Myrtle y North Myrtle Beach en el condado de Horry no incorporado. Nuestra dirección está en Myrtle Beach, pero a poca distancia de las multitudes. Si te gustan las multitudes en ocasiones restaurante fila es de 2 minutos. El aterrizaje descalzo se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche y Broadway en la playa a unos 15 minutos.

Great location

Loved the view from balcony. There was discrepancy in nightly price (listed vs charged) & I wish the owner would have responded to my initial question regarding that. After I called VRBO, we did speak. Building security is excellent. Pool beautiful. Overall, it was a relaxing vacation.

Clean & cozy getaway

We book yearly for our girls trip. Great location, very clean. Conveniently located. Great staff. Host is the best we've used and will continue to use. Beach is very clean easily accessible, pool is large with plenty of seating, and cleaned daily.

Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et aidants. Ils ont remplacé télé, chaudrons, filtres d’équipements dans les heures suivant la demande. Le condo aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Dans l’ensemble une bonne expérience. Localisation calme près de tout.

Yearly get away

Overall this is the perfect getaway for family or a group of friends. Exceeds expectations every year. Only complaint is the main gate to the beach is locked at 10pm until 7-8am. At least for this year last year we stayed and this never happened. Our group does late night beach strolls and sunrises. There is access to the beach still just not as convenient. Absolutely recommend this condo 5 starts all day long

Loved this vacation!

The condo was clean and exactly what we needed. It is just a few steps from the beach with beautiful oceanfront views. The beach wasn’t terribly crowded and we had plenty of room. We will definitely stay here again.

Myrtle Beach View is Amazing!

The condo has a perfect view with a nice balcony for sitting. It had easy access for my elderly parents. We had not been to Myrtle Beach in years, and this area was much nicer than we had expected. The area has mostly retired individually. We cook in often. There is plenty of dishes. However, having some plastic cups, potholders, and mixing bowls would be beneficial if using the kitchen. If you are not aware, you can only use round umbrellas on the beach. We had brought a Shibumi Shade that we could not use, so be prepared. Our week was absolutely fabulous. This space meet all our needs!

A great place to stay

It was very nice, clean and well decorated. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning and returning there each night to relax to the sound of the ocean. The next time we travel to Myrtle Beach we plan stay there.

Wonderful girl’s getaway

One could not have asked for a better place to relax. We were on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean. The weather cooperated the entire time. Most days we had the pool all to ourselves. Owner provided excellent Check-in procedures and responded quickly to any questions/concerns we had. Would love an opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful condo

I highly recommend this condo. It is ocean front and the view is amazing. Beds are comfortable and the condo is well equipped. We didn't have enough towels for the entire week, but they were provided the very next day after we requested more.

We had a great stay.Weather was rainy the first couple of days but overall was great. beach was great.A few minor issues like the elevators being down for good portion of a morning made it difficult especially being on the 14th floor.Overall it was a great stay we will be back

We were very happy with the condo. The location, condo & view was everything we wanted. The only complaint I do have is there is a bug problem. The first 3 nights there was something that looked like a large (about an inch in size) black beetle of some sort that would appear at night on the pillow in the full size bed that my daughter would sleep in. After the 3rd night she slept in bed with me for the remainder of the week.

Great place to stay!

Quick to all the stuff to do in MB. Great pool, the beach was not crowded. The condo is perfect! We had 4 teenagers and plenty of space.

Easy beach access

2 of the sliding doors were hard to open. the condo is as pictured, it was clean and ready at 4. It was easy to check in, and the beach was not crowded at all. Was a good location and an easy drive to restaurants and things to do. Right on the beach, ocean views from the pool and condo balcony were great.

Amazing!

Great location! Easy to get to the grocery store, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. Most were within a 5 min drive. We travel 2-3 times a year and the kids (9 & 16) both said this was their favorite vacation so far. The unit was very well kept, the beach wasn't crowded and the pool always had chairs available. The permanent residents were very friendly. We've decided to hopefully make it a 2 week trip next year.

best time ever

This place was very clean and neat. Top notch on everything. Frank was very responsive to our needs even coming to the unit to get the tv working for us! Only issue was a bulb burnt out in the master bath toilet the last day of our stay. We were there for a girls trip from 5/29 through 6/5...didn't want to leave. One suggestion put a handle on the outer door so it is easier to shut, oh and please leave instructions on what to do if you drop your key in the elevator shaft!

May beach weekend

The check in was easy the unit was clean and the view was beautiful. One thing that happened during our stay is that my elderly mother tripped coming in at the entrance where there is a step up from the pavement the black carpet blends with the pavement which is a trip hazard maybe watch your step in yellow would be good in front of that however when she fell security ran right out to help luckily she only had some scrapes and bruises other than that we had a wonderful time
